We offer a Fusion of International Food and Panamenian Food
First the restaurant is literally spotless and the waiters are overly attentive, you can't really make a move without someone rushing over.We are actually glad to see this level of restaurant in Volcan as we see the the area changing for the better and five yeas or so this restaurant combo hotel (the hotel by the way is excellent) will fit right in.I had lasanga and while I thought I would be getting pasta between the layers they used plantain, interesting combo as the plantain was overcooked and thus dried out - thus is sucked up the juices quickly from the meat mixture and made for a dry mixture of meat and minced vegetables while the plantain was like a lead sinker. the first layer was great with the cheese and dusting of pesto, but the balance didn't make any sense. Why the flooring is slippery I don't know why, but it made it difficult to actually stand up at the end of the meal without my feet almost sliding out from under me.The night we had dinner the dining room was cold, a window was open and I had to ask for the window to be closed. The dining room itself of big and quite lovely with a tray ceiling and seating about 60 or so people. It was strange in this kind of setting to see bags of cookies for sale on the side cupboard, had no idea what that was about. If you are a bigger framed person you should consider asking if there is another bathroom as it is virtually impossible to sit on the toilet and not jam you knees up against the wall in the bathroom. All in all, I would come back here even if the seats are not comfortable, the seat cushion is actually shorter than I have seen in a restaurant, strange actually - almost as if to say if you have long legs, better go elsewhere as you won't be comfy here.

First thing I ever had from Fernando were his fried calamari a couple of years ago when he was still located directly on the beach. Such a simple thing done so well will make an impression. From his steaks, fried shrimp, to the whole fried pargo he's just constantly outstanding and truly takes pride in his food. Come by and try anything on his menu. You will not be disappointed. muchas gracias por su visita los esperamos pronto

We asked our tour guide, who has lived in Boquete all his life, where he would recommend we go for authentic, local cuisine. Without hesitation, he said, "Oh, Nelvis. Get their chicken. It is fantastic. I always eat their chicken. You can tell they cook it with care." Indeed. A wonderful experience. No frills, just good food for a fantastic price.

Very basic but very very good. The chicken and chips was excellent and great value. It was the biggest quarter chicken I have ever seen. Drinks were also very reasonable.

Small restaurant which offers fresh food made with local ingredients. Lunch and dinner meals, salads, drinks, coffe and desserts, all prepared with care and love.
Pleasant place built to resemble traditional Panamanian country houses. Owner chef Morena prepares excellent meals to order, all with an international flair found in only a few places in Volcán. Front-porch seating for coffee and wine. Highly recommended. Fascinating collection of old photos of and books about the area...

While staying at the Boquete Tree Trek Mountain Resort we ate at the hotel restaurant on several occasions. The staff were always friendly, helpful and very attentive. The complimentary breakfast was always very satisfying; with beverages, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast and accompanying butter and jams. We loved sitting on the patio, enjoying our morning meal and the beautiful views, and It was more than enough sustenance for a busy morning on the Boquete Tree Trek!We also dined at the restaurant for a late lunch. The appetizers of Patagones, Garlic Bread and Pan Pita were all very good, but the entrees were delicious, including: Hungarian Goulash, Lasagne and Chicken Curry. If only we could have extended our two-night holiday! Beautiful area, delicious food!

We don't know what the names are but both of our meals were wonderful. My wife had steak (cooked perfectly) topped with shellfish with a marinade. I had a steak (also perfectly cooked) with shrimp and longostinas in a delicious gravy sauce. We topped this off with pisco sours. Perfect dinner for my wife's birthday.

Argentine grill Restaurant, pizza, seafood, family environment, live music from Thursday to Sunday, events and more...
This is an Argentine restaurant, however, the menu selection is varied, with many good options. We were traveling with friends and ate there on two consecutive evenings. The food was very good. The ambiance is simple, but comfortable. They had a duo entertaining the first night and we found them to be very enjoyable. On the second night the duo returned with a few friends and we enjoyed the entertainment immensely. I higly recommend this restaurant if you are in Boquete, Panama.

This is small, very special restaurant a bit off the main road in Volcán. The owner and chef, Patricia, sources her food locally as well as growing and serving her own organic vegetables. Her food is outstanding - both flavor & presentation. Each day features a different menu, based on what is fresh and available. When we last visited, she had roasted a pig the day before and so pork would be on the menu for a few days. The restaurant is small, so if you go during high season or have a large party, be sure to call ahead.
