Things to do in Chachapoyas
I only had a set menu here but the food was tasty and when they didn't have the chicken option that was being offered, they found something else to give me. It was well priced and recommended to me by a local who said that it was amongst their favourites.
Amazonika is a new restaurant in Chachapoyas Town, we use the best products of Amazonas Region to make the best regional, nacional and internacional food in town.
We ate here several times. The service was slow when we ordered off the menu. One day I ordered the menu of the day. The food arrived very quickly. However, it made me sick, and I vomited a couple hours after eating the meal.Hi Paul, we really sorry that you pased for that bad experience. But we are really sure that we provide good and safe food to our costumers. Thank you to lets as know what we hav to work in.

The Mistura Urco is situated a little outside, about 4 cuadras from the Plaza de Armas and only open for lunch. They serve good food, great ceviche and very interesting combos. Be aware that the portions are very generous.

This place was delicious! It was a nice place to get upscale food, well prepared with quality ingredients and very tasty result. We got beef and pork from the grill, both were outstanding especially compared to a lot of tipico restaurants. Recommend this place!

Homemade pizzas and liquor macerated in a warm and friendly atmosphere where you can feel at home, reading a book or share pleasant moments .
I had a fantastic experience at this spot. It's a totally out-of-the-way gem, funky and laid back stay-all-night type of place. We actually went there because Candela, our first-choice pizza spot, was closed. Arriving at the Club, we found Candela's owner and chef, Jose, hanging out for the evening (we had a grand time chatting and he's opening the restaurant tonight just to cook for us, but that'll be another review!) so it's definitely the type of place where divine meetings occur. The space is decorated with funky murals painted by Christian, who is also the waiter and chef. Fantastic selection of music played from his laptop, on whose keyboard a kitten was sleeping. Interesting selection of books in Spanish from Darwin to the Krishna bible.Christian also experiments with pisco infusions, we sampled a dried mango and pineapple one that was almost overpoweringly floral and delicious. Our host poured us another as we were fading, enticing us to stay just a little while longer. You may have noticed that I have yet to mention the pizza. That's primarily because for me, the food wasn't the focus of the experience. In fact, I'd recommend coming here just to hang out and sip on pisco, maybe see a pizza coming out of the kitchen and then decide. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty. It just wasn't what I think most westerners would qualify as an authentic pizza fix (personal size only, no wood fired oven, not sure exactly how to describe the "crust").Anyway, it's an evening that won't be forgotten.

Small family run business offering unique dishes while presenting spectacular views of our gardens and the Utcubamba Valley. Our food is prepared with ingredients grown in our own organic garden, or with locally sourced native produce. Enjoy homemade pizz
The house is beautiful and wandering around the property to discover many different bird species, diverse vegetation, and awesome sightseeings in those many hectares yet to be discovered. Truly recommended. Danielle and Andres treated us wonderfully, the stone oven make some outstanding homemade pizzas and the coffee they produce is out of this world!. A place to get in touch with nature and close to ancient archeological sites.

A little apart, but very central, the Terra Mia is a beautiful place for a breakfast, although me personnally, I prefer it for an evening drink. Their fresh fruit juices are delicious and the smell of the waffles is incredible. Intimate ambiance, good cakes and very nice service.
