Restaurants in Arauco Bed and Breakfast Inns
Very attentive staff and lovely, helpful waitress. Pisco sour is delicious! Best anywhere! Alas, the menu is a bit restrictive. Very nice menus,
small town named Tucapel there is a nice restaurant with very good quality of food. everything is fresh, the best salmon trout \I ever tried. Taste is excellent, service is super and every day fishes arrive from Laja river that surround the little town. Personnel is very nice, wine is excellent and the kitchen products are very yummyI qualify excellent because they are. \you never expect to eat so good in such a tiny town.
We ate a great crab pie. Attention was excellent. Nice place and very clean. Also we had a very good pisco sour and empanadas for appetizer.

Claudia and Guillermo recently opened this cafe. They are both trained chefs, and the food they cook is spectacular. They also told me about how they go through special orders to get high quality coffee, and it shows. If you are in Arauco for whatever reason, you MUST stop by this restaurant, no other compares. They're also very friendly and gave me great advice about things to see in the region.

This restaurant has been a huge surprise. In the middle of nowhere, I have eaten some of the best food of my life. The restaurant serves a mixture between chilean and mapuche food (fusion). There is a huge choice of meals, and all are delicious and taste very special. In addition, there are refreshing and tasty salads as side dishes, at a ridiculously low price. The meals come with two types of "aji" and toasted bread. The pisco sours are delicious. Only the choice of wines is somewhat restricted. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and is nicely decorated. Definitely one of the best restaurants I have been to in my life (and I have been to many :-))

A busy Sunday evening but was served promptly and cheerfully. Ordered the salmon stir fry and it came in a cast iron skillet. Hot and delicious. Sauce was amazing, some sort of sweetened balsamic/teriyaki reduction perhaps. Side of vegetables added to the salmon was extra delicious! 5 stars, oh, pisco sour drink was not very good. I will be back!
