We stopped for lunch on Sept 24 after touring some of Williamsburg. We wereseated promptly by Will, and water was brought. We ordered our food and waited and waited. Another table of 5 ordered after we were seated and their food camepromptly. My husband ordered a steak and cheese philly type sandwich andhe was pleased . He also had a basket of fries. I ordered a turkey ruben on marblebread. The sandwich was good. The fries were cold and I asked for fresh ones.It was too bad that the lovely area we were seated in the front of the building and the good food other than the fries had to have slow service. We might try again, but hopefully, the service would be better. You could eat outdoors if you wanted.

This restaurant at the small local airport had been recommended by many neighbors, but I had never been there. I finally went with some other people. It was an interesting place and packed with customers. The inside has airplane memorabilia and very casual seating. The other option is to sit outside and watch the small airplanes land or take off. Only one landed when we were there, but for the kids at another table, that made their day.The waitress told us the bread is made there every day, and what we had was yummy. All of us had a different sandwich and most was on different bread. It was all declared to be very good. Service was good and quick. It was a different and entertaining lunch. Would go back, for sure.

Come join us with some of our favorite Cajun dishes, along with some new southern options. The place where people come to enjoy southern hospitality.
Having moved to the area last year from NY we have been on the hunt for good restaurants. The town isn't known for great food - lots of chain restaurants and mediocre places. But the Cozy Patio is the exception to all the routine places on Rishmond Rd. Its buried inside the Clarion Hotel, which is too bad because we were hesitant to go as a result. But I'm glad we went. January isn't a busy time in town so we had the place to ourself for lunch. Everything was fresh and good. We had sticky ribs as an appetizer and they were excellent. Then gumbo and jambalaya as our entrees. Very very good. We didnt have cocktails so I can't comment, but the bar looks well stocked. They also have a kids menu so bring the kids. They have live music on satursay nights I think. In the summer they'll serve food by the hotel pool as well.Definitely worth a visit and now one of our top 5 dining spots in town.
