Dobbies garden centre is perfect for a family day out, with everything you need to enjoy your home and garden from flowers and plants to tools, furniture and homeware.
We had the Chicken, Ham, and Leek Pie. It was very tasty, however a bit overdone with a thickness of the pastry. The cheesecake was very good. With a lovely pot of tea. All in what we had to the price was very good! Staff were very pleasant!
Our recently relaunched cafe in Mill Street sells a tempting range of refreshments including hot and cold snacks to sit in or takeaway. Our vibrant wee cafe serves hot food to sit in or take away such as bacon rolls, paninis and macaroni cheese. Our soup-

Stopped here on the way north from Glasgow and yet again was so pleased we did.Is the best fish and chips ever....well if it's not then it's right up there without a doubt.Everything is cooked from fresh and yes you have to wait but believe me it's worth waiting for. The chips are cooked to absolute perfection not soggy not greasy just beautifully crisp WOW The fish beautifully tender and delicious. I've had many a fish supper in my time but this in my opinion is the best I just wish I lived closer to Perth

Had an amazing lunch here, the sandwich was like something out of man v food! It was huge and packed with quality ingredients, the bread was super fresh. The soup was homemade, packed with flavour, nice and thick and piping hot. The service was welcoming and friendly, we couldn't fault a thing and returned a couple of days later in the morning for massive hot filled rolls, the bacon was cooked crispy as I requested and the eggs were well cooked but still runny in the middle, all served on massive super fresh buns and accompanied by great coffee. If I stayed nearby I would be a regular.

A warm welcome awaited on entering the tearoom, The table was beautifully laid with lovely china cups and saucers, this is something I particularly like. Only stopped in for cake and coffee but decided to have a scone instead. So glad I did, this is one of the best cheese scones I have had in a long time. My friend had hot chocolate and asked for it to be extra chocolatey and this was what he got. This is attention to detail and customer service. The decor is absolutely lovely, look for the mice. The warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel completely at ease and rested after my cup of coffee. The toilets were clean. I would certainly recommend this place and I will be back. Now to tackle Kinnoull Hill.

First time visit here. Great friendly welcome from staff ( The Sunday Laydees) ordered the soup and sandwich offer. Home made lentil soup and Cullen skink. Sandwiches, tuna sweetcorn and mayo and a coronation chicken. All our food was freshly made and delicious, and very well presented. The staff were chatty and welcoming. A luvly wee place, the afternoon tea also looked good, on a table beside us, 3 tiers with sandwiches scones and cakes. Worth a visit. Will be back. :)
