I have hesitated to write this review for a while because I just have not had a good meal at Panera. It is convenient so my coworkers go there a lot and I occasionally tag along, but very reluctantly lately. My most recent visit my sandwich was burned. The service is spotty as the staff is generally disinterested. I cannot recommend the Panera at Reston Town Center.

Located next door to our office, its very convenient to drop by and pick up one of their several salads which seem very popular. I just wish they had some more choices of dressings. can be long lines sometimes but moves very quickly.

Basic Pho, without a lot of pizzaz but boy is it good. Vegetables are fresh. Beef is tender and there's lots of it. The broth is as good as it gets. Bring your cash or ATM card 'cuz they only take cash. Be prepared for broken English, but even if you end up with something unexpected its very good. I show up there a few times a year when I need my pho fix. I can't say enough good about this place.
