Diverse and delicious buffet for lunch. Cozy and warm atmosphere. Friendly people. Visit also in the Pyhä-Luosto Visitor and Cultural Centre Naava, which is located in the same building, and learn about the history and nature of the area.

Had a good cappuccino here and kids enjoyed sausage and chips for lunch. Staff polite and helpful. More reasonably priced than other cafes, but it is within the supermarket area. Another plus, the WiFi worked well. Not the case in many facilities within Ãkäslompolo.HiThank you for your message. We know that our location can be quit busy:), but we have tryed to make our interior cool:) Do you have anything on your mind that could make our cafe more relaxed place.Mikko

The oldest, homiest and coziest ski café in Luosto area. Leave your skis, snowshoes, snowmobile or car outside and pop in from the cold Spring weather and enjoy hot drinks, pastries or doughnuts by the warm fireplace. We accept also credit cards.
Torvisen Maja is a cosy place with a long tradition...the family has owned the place for many years (60?). Their pastries are very tasty and so are the pancakes. We loved it :)You can do a nice break there if you are having a cross-country ski day or you can also go by car if you just wanna taste their nice sweets.

We had a snack on the top of the mountain, after having walked up. The food was OK, as well as the service. But the place was too crowded and too much people moving around with a lot of clothes and equipment on their shoulders, not taking other peoples' privacy into account, so the experience became somewhat unpleasant.

The restaurant of Hotel Inari is named Aurora. They also have a pub called Rantsu. We had a dinner in restaurant Aurora. They serve many different meals, e.g. pizzas, hamburgers, pasta, fish and meat, including many local specialties. They also have an own menu for children. So there should be something for everybody there. We all loved our food.Everything is clean. Service was very quick, perhaps because the restaurant was almost empty at 5.30 pm. River view is extremely beautiful from the restaurant.

A cosy living room café in the heart of Saariselkä. Drop by for a delicious lunch soup, warm drinks, crispy pancakes or choose your favourite from nice selection of homemade sweet and savory pastries.
After following these guys on Instagram for a while, and dreaming of sitting on their cosy looking, fur covered, fairy light lit benches, I finally got to visit, TWICE!The Nutella pancakes were decadent and the company was lovely. If youâre looking for a picture perfect spot for a sweet snack and a tea on your visit to Saariselkä, this is the one!
