I visited this Subway location for the first time last weekend and had a very nice visit. The owner was in the store, and we had a great chat while the server was assembling my family's lunch selections. They put together a great sub, made the way you want it. Everything was done right and I was out of there in great time. This is a good Subway location.

Great first experience here. They make 60 different soups, serving 6 each day. This along with a great turkey reuben sandwich

We decided to try this place out because of the great ratings. Upon entry we were pleasantly greeted and seated. There were maybe 2 or 3 young male servers that were very polite but didn't know what they were really doing? Our server did not know what was what. He just rambled on. Did not know what came with what or any pricing . There were many selections that they were out of limiting me to eat Perogies. Finally we were narrowed down to order what they had..Perogies, and they were out of some of them as well. The Perogies tasted good, if you like Peroigies. It appears the owner has staffing issues, ordering of product issues, and probably stressed out because of it. I ordered 6 Perogies, and in parenthesis was a cabbage roll, figuring I would get 6 Perogies and a cabbage roll. When i received my bill, they charged me extra for the cabbage roll? Needless to say by this time we have had enough of this place, paid the bill and we won't visit again. If you are in love with Perogies, then this may be the place for you. I gave it average because the Perogies were okay, but everything else needs some attention. We already sincerely apologize for that. Our staff are young men who just started working here and they tried thier best. It is the ethnic restaurant and not easy to learn the description of our food, especially for a new staff. I wish you could ask us directly for help in describing the food since we make it everything by ourselves. As I said in the original apology we have new people and constantly try to teach them writing the order the proper way but sometimes they get a little bit confused. It looks like this time the cabbage was treated as a side dish. It shouldnât happen. We apologize one more time and would like to refund you the amount for the cabbage. Please call us with your credit card information so we can proceed with the refund. Itâs too bad that you donât want to come again and give us the chance to help you with the food selection that is quite impressive for this size of the restaurant.
