All the fish was the freshest you could possibly get. This is so important at a restaurant that serves raw fish. The antipasti would have sufficed for me as there seemed to be no limit to the choice and volume.Some in our party wanted the âprimiâ and these were Tagliatelle with âbottargaâ and âNero di sepiaâ, neither of which I like but friends said they were excellent. Pricey place but worth visiting on occasion.

Put this seafood heaven on your bucket list. I suggest the tasting menu and it will blow you away. Davide and his team are doing an excellent job and are giving diners a super experience. Davide continua cosi siete sulla strada giusta, grazie per le delizie che ci stai facendo assagiare!

We were looking for a place to eat yesterday morning short after 1PM in Scoglitti. We were not looking for something special... we need just to eat. Well... we relied as usual to the tripadvisor booking system and the choice was really appropriate! We were three people. Of course the restaurant was the realm of fish. At first the menu left has a bit confused: just a list of fixed menu choices was available. The price was also pretty high (for our standard!) (From 40 euro, drinks included, on...per person).However, the restaurant, giving the Tripadvisor-users feedback was clearly the best in Scoglitti, therefore we have not doubted about our choice!All in all it was an amazing experience. I am not a big fan of fish actually, but every dish was really delicious, well- and professionally-served and more than enough! Moreover the location was also very good: we ate on a terrace with a nice view at the sea. Maybe when it is not that hot, one can even eat outside in front of the restaurant. Not yesterday, however...The only recommendation I would like to express to the owner, is to give the guests the possibility to enjoy a coffee at the end of the lunch/dinner. We asked of course, but were told they do not offer coffee... this is really unusual and also annoying for many!Keep going this way, thank you again, and see you next time!

There was nothing wrong with the food, but our visit turned into a bad experience in the end. We both ordered a piece of meat each, and two side dishes to share. My meat was ordered to be cooked well done. The meat turned out to be completely raw and had to be sent back to the kitchen. After about 15 minutes I received a new piece of meat. My boyfriends meat came before my food the first time, so at this time he had allready finished his food and the sides were cold. The meat was better cooked, so I ate it with the cold sides. When we asked for the bill, we mentioned that they should consider a discount due to the problems. The waiter said he would check. He then came back with another man, probably a manager. We explained about the situation, but he didnât seem to understand the problem. He had brought out with him our empty plates, pointed to them and said that since we had eaten the food we could not have a discount. Again we explaied that my meat came after the sides had turned cold and that part of going to a restaurant is about the experience and eating together. He then argued that there was nowhere in the menu where it said that one would get the food at the same time. I told him that it was his choice about the discount and that I would pay the bill that he gave me. Still he continued to argue. In the end we received the bill, fully charged for the food, water, house wine and coperto. Afterwards he openly stood and discussed our «case» with the peolpe on the neighbouring table. We off course understand that mistankens can happen in the kitchen. The experience for the customer will in the end depend on how the restaurant handles it. In this case it was not handled in a good way by the manager. Buongiorno, noto che a distanza di quasi un mese dalla sua visita presso il nostro locale, lei ci scrive questa pessima recensione. Se questa è stata la sua impressione, rispetto il suo punto di vista, ma io le spiego il mio, che è a mio parere è praticamente IMPOSSIBILE ed INACCETTABILE, PRETENDERE con arroganza e convinzione uno sconto per un ritardo di 10 minuti tra una portata e l'altra! Poiché ricordo benissimo la sua situazione, il ragazzo di sala viene da me dicendomi che voi PRETENDEVATE lo sconto con decisione, allora da premettere che nel mio locale NESSUNO pretende o chiede uno sconto, al massimo siamo noi a volerlo fare di nostra spontanea volontà . In ogni caso, lei aveva ordinato una tagliata di carne media cottura, che avete rimandato indietro perché la volevate più cotta, allorché ovviamente ci vuole qualche minuto per poterla accontentare. Comunque tutto il discorso ruota sul fatto che voi non dovevate nemmeno permettervi di pretendere uno sconto, dopo che avete letteralmente spazzato, svuotato i piatti e aver mangiato tutto, ebbene si, avete pagato tutto ciò che avete consumato. Inoltre per precisare le vostre false informazioni, io mi sono avvicinato al tavolo vicino al vostro per salutare alcuni amici, quindi prima di fare conclusioni affrettate, accertatevi sulle situazioni. In ogni caso da parte nostra ci siamo impegnati a parlare la vostra lingua, nonché il nostro ragazzo di sala che parla perfettamente inglese, a cercato in tutti i modi di accontentare le nostre richieste e di soddisfare le vostre esigenze nonostante tutto voi non parlavate nemmeno una parola di italiano. Forse voi siete abituati ad altri tipi di locali dove per qualche minuto potete pretendere uno sconto, nel mio locale invece chi consuma tutto paga!
