This is probably the best Italian meal my husband and I have had for a while. We had a seafood risotto and a seafood pasta and both were excellent. They gave us a complimentary starter and bread with the meal and the whole experience was excellent. And the prices were very reasonable which is a bonus!

We are a Fresh Pasta Bar that use homemade fresh pasta extruded through bronze with special and organic flour , fresh eggs and mineral water , all sauces are prepared with fresh product for healty and genuine food. Try this!
By now I think I went in place 3 times and took always the same type of pasta( tagliolini black ink with calamari and octopus) and on all the 3 occasions the pasta was looking and tasting different..first time was really good with calamari and octopus in good quantity, defrosted but still cooked and tasting great. Second time no octopus just calamari and overall dry. Last time, a few days ago and no traces of octopus again ( maybe they are not adding it anyloner..) and overcooked calamari resulting in a bit of a "rubber" texture. Will be back maybe and try something else.. for 16 eur I may be lucky ;-)

In Valletta, in the historic Strait Street, you can try a Sicilian Food Experience with a good glass of wine
The place is great, if canât find places outside definitely try inside cause interior is very cosy and gives you a great vibe! Try the special platter (can be done for as many people you are although the price is for 2) Staff and food are executed without being too formal or pretentious. Tuna fish stake is great main course but any pasta will excite the pallet, too! Do not leave (no matter how full) without trying the canoli!

The recently refurbished restaurant is situated in the heart of Valletta under the new parliament plaza. Today, under the leadership of Chef Steve Mamo they lead their dynamic team in providing dishes with a modern and classical touch with all flavours st
When reading a previous review of this restaurant I noted âthe best carbonara in the world.â We made reservations prior to departing the US. It was an accurate description. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the vibe casual, the food good and the value noteworthy. Do make reservations. This is a small restaurant and we saw them turn people away.

I found this place on Google looking for somewhere to eat prior to going to the Hypogeum. I used Messenger a couple of times to contact them to ensure they were open for Tuesday lunch (very quick responses) and even made a booking (completely unnecessary as it happened)!Itâs a genuine family run business. The owner speaks only Italian but we managed very well. After being told that the sea bream was a fillet it turned out to be a whole fish so our lunch took quite a while to prepare. I had pasta with the most delicious sauce of rich passata, anchovy paste, garlic, raisins and pine nuts. Lots of sauce so the very kind owner provided me with a spotlessly clean tea towel to use as a bib! Much appreciated and very necessary. With water, a glass of house white and a local beer the bill came in at under â¬30 (we would have paid year much for the fish in St Julianâs!Recommended if youâre in the Paola area.

We went there yesterday and I did choose this tiny restaurant because such good rating at TripAdvisor. It was not bad but as well not such excellent as I could see there. Staff very very friendly and helpful. My fish was nothing sorry special My wife and daughter Thaler risotto which was good and my sons take swordfish which was little overcooked but good. Desert was good. Nice evening but will not go there next time.
