The food is good, but everyone has to shout to make yourself heard. Avoid this place if you are on a business meeting as I was. I left quite hoarse.I had a variety of dishes with the shrimp in a Chile pepper to tuna on tosta. All was good, and unique to a certain part of Mexico. I didn't care for the raw shrimp. But the noise was terrible and made for an unenjoyable and unproductive evening.Thank you for your comment, it is very important to us to know your experience. The writing was on the wall - the moment we sat down...this was labeled as "Spanish restaurant"...first thing they offered was an assortment/menu of Gin and tonics???, where is the Rioja wine. I asked for a cold bottle of Albarino...the waiter looked puzzle and immediately said "we do not have it"...I looked at the wine list and right on the top line is Rias Baixas Albarino...they had it on the menu but no wine, we ordered a french wine that it was corked, tried another choice and they could not find it...so my friends and I decided to leave the table. I must say the maitre D' was very kind when I asked him to get us a taxi. Too bad I was in the mood for Spanish wine and food.We are so sorry your experience with us was so bad, We are working hard to improve this details, In your visit the Manager was not there and the waiter was new. We are terrible sorry for this disaster. If you can give us another chance we will gladly invite you the dinner and try our really experience. Love to go to La Docena in Andares. I really recommend the fish Lonja de Pescado it doesn't have any fish bone and it is delicious. To drink I love the Michelada it is Clamato and spices with beer. I don't like oysters but my husband ordered some and he loved them. The staff is very attentive and really know what to recommend. Great place to go!

atmosphere is nice, place is different as construction was not made specific for restaurant, they adapt a place that previously existed and used to be a place where you need to reserve in order to be able to get a table, not sure if it still, took visitors from other countries and they liked it very much

Three US colleagues plus three local hosts. We had a great 2.5 hour experience. Fish tacos to start. Mexican tequila to warm up the tongue. Variety of main dishes complimented with red wine. Finished off with sample of desert and coffee. Great service.

We were recommended La Docena by Alcalde Chef Paco Ruano and managed to get a table for an early dinner at short notice.The Grilled oysters with clarified butter, shallots and parsley, Oyster Chowder and the Shrimp and Oyster Po Boy were all excellent. La Docena offers good value with friendly and efficient service.

I have been to this restaurant many times, and it is surprisingly consistent. Food is always great and service is impecable. It is one of those places where waiters are actually looking at you ready to serve, instead of looking at the ceiling or floor. Flavor is typical of Culiacan, a region on the west coast known for its great seafood.Thank you for your comment. It´s very important to us to know our customer's experience in Los Arcos. We had seen the reviews of this place on trip advisor and expected great things. the place has a nice feel to it, kind of fancy, but still so that you feel welcome. The menu shows diversity and had some interesting options. We went for a beetroot ceviche to share as a starter and I had a serving of confit de canard for main course while my girlfriend chose a serving of grilled shrimps with a cucumber salad. the ceviche was really good and were served in a manner that made it evident that thet cared for the finish. The confit de Canard was good, though it could have needed something more fresh and acid to counter the fatness of the duck. The grilled shrimps had had too much on the grill, and tasted more of grill than of shrimp. Though the food in general were good, it wasn't mind blowing.

We stopped by after work for a seafood dinner and the food was fantastic. We ordered mixed plates of ceviche and also cooked seafood. The food was excellent, the service was terrific and the overall experience was awesome!Thank you for your review, for us it is very important to know your experience. This is a small chain here in Mexico, the restaurant is large and very well run. The food was great,service prompt and friendly.I had coconut shrimp and my wife had shrimp over avocados both were delicious I would definitely go back here again Thank you very much for your review.
