THE GOOD:amazing sushiwide varietyso tastyTHE NOT SO GOOD:You will probably have to wait outside to get a tableThis place was an absolute treat, I wish I could have eaten much more than I did. The flavours and quality is just not comparable with outside of Japan. What is also nice is that wide variety of dishes that you may or may not recognise. I was taking dishes off the conveyor belt that I had no idea what it was but it just looked very tasty and it was very tasty. There is a reason why you have to wait for this place, it is because it is pure quality and worth a visit.

Just like most of the food spots around Chukagai, Chinese food here don't come cheap. Santon Shinkan would stand in the middle range when it comes to price, average when it comes to food quality, moderate when it comes to comfort and acceptable when it comes to service. One thing I would have to recommend though is the sweet gyozas. Hits the spot every time.

This sushi bar opened 1 year ago or so and gave a new dimension to Chinatown. After staying a few nights, it's great to try something different.Although it's chain, it got high quality sushi like others. The best deal is lunch set menus come with miso soup and dessert.

I go with my husband there almost every 2 or 3 months. The prices are really affordable and we always leave the restaurant feeling they surcharges us. REALLY. The prices are so good that most of their clients on weekends are families of 4 or 5. On weekends you have to wait for a seat but it really worths it. The best time to go is around 4 pm because there's less people. You can also make an order from your house and pick it up. They have good lunch deals. If you have foreigners visiting you, you can treat them there. You can walk from the station.
