I have gone to Seafood Gourmet several times, and it has been consistently excellent. There is a fish market in the front and a restaurant area in the back. The ambiance at this BYOB is simple but pleasant. It is on the small side, so be prepared for a wait at busy times. Parking is on the street. The menu is extensive with all manner of fish and shellfish choices. My favorites have been the mixed seafood salad and pasta with white clam sauce. The seafood is always fresh and delicious, and the dishes are prepared with care. If you enjoy good seafood, you can't go wrong with this local idea gem.

Other than decor and food presentation, everything else was a disappointment. Everything we ordered was less than satisfactory. Grilled octopus was overcooked. Raw bar wasnât shucked off the shell. Snapper was bland, etc. I had really high hopes due to previous reviews but was highly overwhelmed.

We only do take out here. They deliver on time. Pizza and mussels are great. Salads are extremely good! Try them. Very interesting and different type to pick from. We visited with our friends on Sunday night and the place was very busy, had to wait about 1/2 hour for a table. There is no place to wait so we just hung out by the door but it was cold and uncomfortable. Once seated, our waiter brought menus and drinks. It took an exceptionally long time for our main course to arrive, but we didnât mind, it gave us time to talk and catch up with our friends. The portions were very big, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We would definitely try this place again.

We had dinner there last night, the ambiance is warm and quiet, a nice place to bring friends and family where you can have a delicious meal and great conversation. We went for brunch around 1:30pm, we wanted to seat outside but it started to rain, so they move our table inside, our table was on the side by the bar, the food was really good and the portion was very large, I end up having leftovers for 3 days.My only disappointment was the flies they were everywhere on the tables next to us and he waiters weee acting like it was normal. It was very disturbing. All I was thinking if the flies are out in the dining area like that imagine how they are in the kitchen area.
