One of the best Catfish places I know of. The fish is fried crispy along with the hushpuppies and cheese dipping sauce. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful and do not neglect your table as is common in other places like this. They seat you promptly and quickly acknowledge your presence by taking your drink and appetizer order. The value is very reasonable. It's a short ride, less than a mile East off of Hw 84 in Waynesboro, so it's not difficult to find and has easy access if you are traveling so you can get back on your way. Oh and by the way, they serve BBQ ribs on Thursday nights. You won't be disappointed eating here!
Paw Paws has been open for some time now and the wife and I finally made a trip to try them out. I had the 32 OZ Ribeye and let me tell you....The marbling was perfect and the taste was outstanding. My wife had the seafood platter and I think for the first time in my life I saw her clean her plate. She bragged all the way home and has already made plans to do this again. They also have all you can eat snow crab legs and are priced fairly. I've been told by many that they've quit going to Boomtown because of Paw Paws. We can't wait to go back!

Inspired by a Southern Cajun dining experience, Blue Crab Grill's unique style is a signature restaurant in Laurel. Owners Shane and Andrea Thornton have served their classic homemade menu items including gumbo, oyster half shell, grilled mahi, blue crab
Kidsâ menu choices: we ordered 3 different varieties - catfish, shrimp, mini-burgers (delicious! hand-formed patties, buttery toasted bread - comes with condiments already added, unless you request plain), each kids' menu option came with those orange-colored seasoned fries. Kids cleaned their plates. Adults: catfish or shrimp or mixed platter $9.99, shrimp po-boy $7.99. This place is also a seafood market, so donât be alarmed by the smell of fresh fish when you walk in the door. Unfortunately by two in the afternoon, they were sold out of almost everything in the market â but everything on the menu was still available. Very clean restroom - a good sign, for kitchen cleanliness. The 6 of us ate for about $50. Drove 20 minutes out of the way to get here. Itâs worth it. The middle of Mississippi off I-59 is kind of a food desert, but Waynesboroâs best restaurant, Parkerâs Seafood, is worth the trip if you're anywhere in the general area. Note: their hours are weird and short, so be sure they are open before going out of your way. On the day we were there, I believe they were closing at 3 or 4 pm on a weekday, for example.Thank you for your gracious review! We appreciate the support. We have updated our hours as follows: Monday-Wednesday 11:00-8:00PMThursday-Saturday 11:00-9:00PM
