I heard and read that Chez Antonio was one of the finest places to eat fresh seafood in Lyon. The premises are within the Les Halles Paul Bocuse market, a fascinating culinary destination in itself, and has a casual ambience with no airs and graces. It is simply a purvey of fresh seafood, simply prepared and delicious. Especially if you like oysters. Menu is concise. Donât expect to many accompaniments to the dishes. Itâs all about the seafood of the day. Great and helpful friendly staff.Thank you for this nice comment ! You're right, we are all about seafood ! We hope to welcome you back soon !

We had oysters for lunch. They have a great selection of different types - we took some catched at Utah beach in Normandy, Very delicious. A pot of white Macon to join.Nothing fancy but very very fresh and good, And the service also is fine.It is a crowded place at lunch time - we had to wait 10 min for a table, and they served us a glass of white wine while we waited. A fine gesture!

After some time in France again. We felt like enjoying some fresh oysters. And we found this place. Amazing. I did not know so many see creatures could be eaten fresh just like the oysters. Great experience. The place itself is charming. And small. The boys taking care of the guests are amazing too. The English does not help much but it is fun to use a bad French to order or to understand the menu. The waiter has no problem with this. Always smiling. I make sure to visit this place again if I get to Lyon again.
