Discover Restaurants offering the best Seafood food in Verona, Province of Verona, Italy. So splendid was medieval Verona that its reputation alone inspired Shakespeare to set two plays here (Romeo and Juliet and The Two Gentlemen of Verona). Though its connection to the actual Capulets is tenuous at best, the so-called Juliet's House draws half a million tourists per year, many of them keen on reenacting the balcony scene. Don't miss the Roman amphitheater and the Palazzo Barberi.

Myself and my fiancé went here as we wanted something a little different than Italian as we had had 9 days of blissful Italian food .this place specializes in paella and you can tell!. Itâs a nicely located place just next to the river with parking for about 10 or 11 cars. The entrance steps have red carpet so you feel a little special on your way in. The place inside is clean and fresh and has a nice atmosphere. We had the seafood paella (after we were told about the different types)and were very impressed by the amount but more the taste. I have had paella all over the world and most are over seasoned or bland tasting ... this one was perfectly balanced and cooked brilliantly. The man who was serving us was friendly and informative but not overbearing . We also had a glass of sangria to wash down our meal that again was well made. All in all a really nice meal. Very recommended!.

What wonderful food. Weâre tried s few different places but our group all Agree this is the best tasting pasta. As mentioned in earlier reviews it doesnât have an outside place and inside isnât very big, but it has a really big heart. Weâre going back again tonight. Can I say what wonderful value it is too and the valpolicella is a joy.

On a recent three-day visit to Verona, I had dinner at Nastro Azzurro twice. It was that good! Yummy pizza the first night with a group of 10, and an excellent heart-shaped Romeo & Juliet ravioli the second night with just my husband. Pleasant outdoor seating near Piazza Bra (but away from crowds and noise), and the service was excellent. Nice variety on the menu, superb wine, all around a great experience for our brief visit. If we return, we'll go again!

Small family osteria (typical restaurant in italy) with views over Castel Vecchio and a few steps from the historic center of Verona. Renovated and welcoming environment, careful and attentive service, we try to pamper our guests with traditional Veronese
Hosteria 17 came highly recommended on TripAdvisor, yet we were quite disappointed at the quality of the dishes we sampled. We had only one day to enjoy Verona and was looking for an authentic regional meal. If the food here is an example of regional food I weep for Verona. Despite the paprika, the appetizer of polenta and octopus was absolutely tasteless. So bland we couldn't finish it. Made me wonder if the chef even had tastebuds. The second course of black linguini with shrimp was almost as bad. Almost equally bland and boring with six little shrimp on two plastic brochettes like we were eating at a fast food place at the mall. The canned music was terrible. Maybe Brazilian samba is popular in Brazil but we certainly didn't expect atrocious pop-cover Brazilian samba repeating the same three horrible songs again and again during our meal ...."sex with me is so amazing" were actual lyrics heard again and again. The highlight of the meal was the service from our waitress Elena. Not great , just OK service but compared to everything else it shone like a bright star!Price point was average. The interior is charming. We didnât expect a high-class culinary experience, just good food in a casual, family- Hosteria. In summary if this restaurant is anything more than a "money laundering operation" it has failed miserably. We were quite underwhelmed.Buongiorno. NOT AT ALL.

Lovely spot in the center of Verona, just 50 meters from Piazza Erbe. Part of Doitbettergroup, who is a sinonymous of quality, service and historical restaurants in Verona. New concept of bistrot with traditional italian dishes with a fusion touch. You ca
This restaurant has a charming quiet courtyard with low light in the evening, ideal for a quiet meal for two. The service was efficient and friendly and the food was very good. An amuse- bouche of gazpacho was refreshing if a little bitter but the staters and mains especially the squid stuffed with cream cheese and pine nuts and the seared octopus were utterly delicious. The wine was well priced, too.

The restaurant looks very good in a good location. The staff is very kind and professional. Saturday night is full. Unfortunately, the best thing for me is the appetizer bread and cream cheese. I like the simplicity of Italian food. Sorry It must be something wrong with me I won't go there again.

We were disappointed with our visit to La Canonica. The room is lovely (although the bare wooden tables don't quite fit with the type of upmarket experience they are seeking to create). Service was impeccable, and the wine suggestions the sommmelier made were very good, and reasonably priced. The problem was the menu, and the food. The menu is constructed to steer you towards the degustation menus, at 55, 65 and 75 Euros respectively. Unfortunately we couldn't find a menu to suit all three of us, so we all had to go for the a la carte menu, where all dishes seemed to be around the 25 Euro mark. We ordered a starter and main each, and we all received two amuse bouche, bread and wafers, as well as a complimentary pre-desert and petit fours. No complaints about that, except that the food itself wasn't particularly distinguished. It certainly lacked the wow factor we'd expect at this price point. The best dish of the night was the veal cheeks, but that was more comfort food than fine dining. If the kitchen can lift their game this would be a great night out.

Very nice hotel located on the outskirts of Verona. Rooms are furnished as in old Italian house. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel has a nice garden and nice pool. For breakfast hotel is offering very limited choice of food. On Sunday they served old bread. Although they are declaring hotel as pet friendly, we didn't felt that friendship in case of our Yorkshire terrier.
