As always the Fish Market did not disappoint. The food was good. The service quick and attentive. The band and the atmosphere outstanding. I think its the music that draws me and my friends every time I'm in town.

In all the years I've lived here, I've never gotten any seafood here. On the weekends there's always long lines, so I figured it would be at least good? I knocked on the window for about 10 minutes, and the guy was walking across the street from the DashIn, guess he was getting some snacks. He was very apologetic, no problem I said, I would like a pound of steamed shrimp. He said 10 minutes, I paid using Visa. Another lady ordered some crabs. As I was looking at a printed menu, I noticed he had grabbed a large box from the freezer that said shrimp. Ok, not easy getting fresh shrimp in an area known for blue crabs. Shrimp done on time. I live less than 10 minutes from here. The box was very hot when I opened it. Boy I was ready! All the shrimp were huge too! First shrimp was mouthwatering! Perfect and still very hot. Lots of what looks like Old Bay with more spices thrown in. Second shrimp was a bit hard to peel, but still ok. By number six I was getting a bit upset, totally overcooked! I could barely peel them. What's even worse, the shrimp on the bottom, though pink, were cold??? I was afraid to eat the last five, and microwaved them just to be safe. For $19, I could have gone to the grocery store, even the dollar store and not over cooked them. Very very dissatisfied. I would hate to think how the shrimp would have been on a busy day. I might give them another chance, but I doubt it. A couple shrimp hard to peel, normal, but the majority, truly unacceptable.

Great spot for fresh seafood! The crabcakes were larger than expected, everything was pretty darn tasty to say the least. The service was good and prompt, food came out fresh and hot. I wasn't disappointed at all and will be back! A little pricey, but worth the trip.

I stopped here just 10 minutes before closing time. Despite my late arrival i was warming greeted by the hostess. I proceeded to the bar and the bartender was friendly as well. I ordered Fried Shrimp n home made stewed tomatoes. The bread rolls were delicious like they came freshly made out of oven. Bartender recommended strongly fried shrimp with homemade stewed tomatoes. Both were delicious n cooked perfectly. I highly recommend and look forward to a return visit.

Maryland Seafood offer soups and chouddersFor a good assortment in fish, shrimp preparations and Crab dishes, this is a favorite choice for me!!!! During cooler months I enjoy their soups and chowders! I always like to save some room for their desserts too!
