Boqueron is a seafood and tapas restaurant with an amazing bar and lounge. Our seafood will be fresh, never frozen and locally sourced.
Loved the menu selection and the food was delicious! Definitely a great restaurant well worth visiting with quality food. Go on the outside patio for fantastic views! My only negative comment is the lack of a changing table for a baby in the women's bathroom. I had to improvise with my baby. If families are visiting, they will bring babies/toddlers. This is something that can easily be installed though. All in all, a great food find and I do hope they keep up their standards!
this little coffee shop/restaurant provides local food but also there is a little chapel upstairs where they hold church and also they look after the poor within the community. their lasange and other items are also available in the local groceries.

My husband and I had lunch at this restaurant recently and was quite happy with the great service received! The staff was very attentive and the owner/manager visited our table and explained the menu items as well. The food was very tasty and well priced, we received good value for money! We will be back when they introduce their dinner service!

Join us at Sails and enjoy one of the few waterfront restaurants in Trinidad. Grill and seafood specialties Live Entertainment on Weekends
Sails was forced to move from its marina location because of the earthquake in August 2018 and has moved to premises previously occupied by a restaurant called "The Lure". Indoor (air conditioned) and outdoor seating available but best book in advance for outdoor seating under the shade. The food was excellent and the portion sizes substantial and this makes a visit recommended. The staff seemed a little unfriendly at first and put us at a table by the door. Maybe it was because we are not regulars - however I am glad that we persevered.

We prepare a well known local dish, at one of the most popular beaches in Trinidad and Tobago. Bake and Shark, at Maracas Bay.
One of the best bake and shark on the beach. Cooked through well variety of chillies and sauces which I love salad and fresh ingredients..Must visit if on the beach front.Tasty and well cooked as well as big portions to fill you up nice.

Today we decided to try out an A La Carte lunch after a very disappointing dinner last night. A chance to redeem our view of terribly poor service, slow seating, slow order taking, slow arrival of food, and a mediocre meal. Hm.. unfortunately, today was not any better. My hot meal took so long to come to the table, and we were two of only six people in the restaurant, so there was no excuse that they were busy, but the steamed vegetables and the grilled chicken were all ALMOST luke-warm. ALMOST. We were halfway through our meals when the waitress popped up to ask if our meal was fabulous. Really? This place needs a good management shakeup! While the staff were all friendly, the overall impression is of a very loose system. Staff chatting to one another with no eye contact with guests. Thereâs no evidence anywhere of Management checking on staff, or customer satisfaction. Retraining is really needed here as individual friendliness of waiting staff, or a reduction of 10% off my meal, doesnât make up for yet another disappointing dining experience. Weâre here for two weeks, so letâs hope that someone somewhere listens and acts up guests observations! Hilton Hotel, you can, and should, do better than this.

It was our first time dining there for dinner. The staff was professional and friendly. Jenise was our waitress and she was very pleasant and accommodating. She ably answered our questions and successfully requested a gluten free meal for our daughter. We will definitely be returning with friends.

Richard's bake and shark is the absolute best after the beach of course...the wonderful and variety of sauces that enhance the taste of the fried fish is remarkable..you have the local mango chutney and tamarind sauces when in season is always a delight..its a must to stop and have a bake and shark when visiting Maracas Bay..
