If youâre looking to splurge for a fantastic memorable meal in Stockholm, look no further.... Wedholms Fisk will provide you a scrumptious opportunity to enjoy the finest in international dining! Yes, you will need to replenish your wallet before you begin your next day, but you will do so with a complacent smile. The menu is laden with fish cooked in a variety of styles with sauces that the great French chefs would do well to memorize. I had salmon in a champagne sauce that would provide an exemplary illustration of what it means to âreduceâ your sauce. You must try this! And get up early tomorrow to exercise! It will be worth it. My wife enjoyed the most delicately prepared, lightly grilled scallops in a delectable butter sauce. Wonderful! And bring a camera - these entrees should be at the forefront of your Stockholm photo album. The wines by the glass were excellent and numerous; the servers were professional and amiable; the atmosphere was subtle and chic....All in all, Wedholms Fisk is the ultimate in fine dining.
