Having ordered from here plenty of times before, paying by card for delivery over the phone. Went to do this again tonight to be told they only accept cash now.....so told the gentleman to cancel my order....Only for attempted delivery 30 mins later needless to say refused the order. All of this while the website advertising that all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Got to say very disappointed with the service this time round wonât be returning in a hurry.

After reading all the reviews we were really excited to go here for lunch.....and it did not disappoint! Amazing food and wonderful service. It was lovely to enjoy the food outside in the sun. It was so good weâve already booked to go back again later in the week!

Worthing is lucky to have a Bistro cooking to this standard. Truly excellent plates, lovingly prepared by a very professional kitchen. The staff are friendly, cheerful and help to make the evening a true delight. If you are in Worthing and looking for a restaurant that cares about standards, presentation and service then you should give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

We found ourselves in Worthing on a bleak friday lunchtime, and chanced upon the Crab Shack. It was already 2pm, but service was still in full swing, and the place was full. We managed to get a table and ordered a whole plaice with caper butter, and the smoked haddock gratin. Both were absolutely delicious, the standout dishes of our trip.Unfortunately we are unlikely to be in the area for some time, but would highly recommend this place.

We went to the restaurant when it first opened and haven't been back since, partly because there is no where else to go to nearby for an evening out. Second visit last week was fine. Food was very nice but limited choice of starters for anyone who doesn't like seafood. Not an extensive main menu but adequate. Everything came piping hot and very tasty which was great.Staff were friendly. Restaurant was clean. Not sure about going when it's busy as it looked as if competing with Just Eat orders and takeaways. Would go back in a little while

This is without question my favourite restaurant. Why? Because of the food. Fresh fish and vegetables expertly prepared. And great service too. I go there only when I am entertaining guests and I wish they came more often! This visit II had the bouillabaisse. Perfectly delicious.
