The La Torre22 restaurant offers an original menu devised by chef Luca Basso, who is constantly trying new combinations and ingredient pairings using local products according to seasonal availability. He is one of the first persons in the region to learn

Fantastic spot near the airport; incredible food and very friendly people, perfect if youâre eating outside âregularâ Italian hours I.e. 11:30am on a Sunday, before a 2pm flight. We needed a quick lunch and this completely exceeded our expectations! Delicious local dishes - excellent spot.

There is a nice parking just in front of the restaurant, which is always a nice starting point. Service is fast and the overall quality is more than acceptable, seeing the type of restaurant; ingredients seem fresh, the choice of sashimi dishes is ok, as well as the sushi ones and mako's. Kirin beer is my favourite among Asahi and Sapporo. Reasonable priced restaurant if you choose the dinner menu.

This is a traditional restaurant which pays attention to what they cook. The Pizza Boscaiola was perfect and so was the pasta Calamarta. The cream Ctalan was wonderful and the caraf of the house wine was just in place. The price was modest but the quality of the food and the servic-SUPERB, go there and enjoy. Yona S

The restaurant is located in the middle of Villafranca, with an open space where you can eat outside in summer. Our kitchen is specialized in Mediterranean kitchen, with various types of fish and meat.
Ristorante Don Giulio is the epitom of an Italian Osteria. Nice inviting place with a garden, warm and tasteful decor in the dining room and of course the signatrure of an Italian osteria- the chequered tableclothes. Serving a large group simoultaneously is not easy, and still the attentive staff managed to do it for a group of 32 in an efficient and friendly manner. Food has been typical Italian, from antipasto, to fresh tasty pasta, fish and meat, accompanied by local red and white wines. Makes one crave to pay another visit shortly.

Situated high above Pastrengo, this fort of a restaurant overlooks Lake Garda and wine country. The inside is stunning brick with the design coordinating off little rooms with the hall. This is a large restaurant, apt for parties or just a few people. Busy place. We had the menu di Terre. Very good, especially the raw beef. Wine menu was a bit limited. Plenty of easy parking, follow signs to restaurant when heading to Pastrengo.

Small restaurant in a old house of 1300 placed in the green Morenic hills between Garda lake and the city of Verona. This family based restaurant offer a high quality food with meat and fish disces. Garden service on summer.
Never make a judgement based on the place where a restaurant is located. Especially not in Italy where you can find some of the best restaurants in the countryside and not in the city. Trattoria El Bagolo is one of those examples: situated in the small village of Sona, this trattoria knows how to amaze its clientele. We called it 'food made in heaven.' The linguine with black summer truffels, the 'carne battuta al coltello (steak tartare), the dolce. Everything fresh and tasty. Very friendly owners and the menu card changes following with the seasons. Excellent wines. We were lucky enough to have dinner in the beautiful garden. But in off season the trattoria is warm and cosy.

Nothing has changed in the restaurants look but the new management cannot match the standards of the previous.Nice fish and meat, although not excellent, and a little overpriced if you consider that main come with no vegetables at all. You need to order a side at an additional cost. Obviously they are trying their best, but need to improve, you do not get what you pay for, especially in the area.Hi Chiara, for start i thank you for the advices that are always wellcome, but i think the price for the fish is more than reasonable looking in other resturants in the area since there are not other with fish .the new management doesnt want to match the previous since we have not keep the old menu. Thank you again for your insight we will try to improve ourselves and hope to see you again soon

Came here because of previous reviews. We were not disappointed!Regrettably our Italian is virtually non existent but it was fun having the menu explained to us by the waitress whose English was non existent too. We got there. Best part was when I thought something on menu was hare. Was told by the waitress with hands flapping as ears." No Roger Rabbit".It would be fair to say that inside the restaurant it looks like something from the 50s or 60s but this adds to the atmosphere. There is an outside patio area where you can eat too.At the end of the evening had a conversation with the pipe smoking owner about whisky (we are Scots). None of us understood a word!Great fun and a great experience. And the food was absolutely brilliant
