2nd or 3rd review. Food just stays wonderful. Please don't go if you are in a hurry, very slow. Everything cooked when ordered and it seems they don't begin prep until ordered. But food worth the wait. Mostly Southern fried seafood. Limited seating. Not good for large groups (over 6). Good staff interaction. Great date night, again if not in a hurry.

We love the Silver Bay. They have great food at wonderful prices and plentiful plates. I have tried everything from popcorn shrimp to smothered chicken to sirloin steak. All dishes were well flavored and cooked correctly. Discount on Sunday if you bring your church bulletin. The service is always friendly and reliable.

I went there on Wednesday with my daughter. I informed the young man before ordering that this was my first dining experience here. And then went on to ask him to explain the food to me. I opted for the salad spring mix. Moving on to the toppings. Thatâs where it proceeds to decline. I donât eat eat raw fish, however they have chicken options. I asked him if it was cooked and hot. He said yes. NOTHING is hot!!!! I didnât find that out until I sat down and bit into ice cold processed chicken cubes. We paid almost $30 for very little food and two drinks (soda). I looked for him but he had gone into the back. So I tried talking with the young lady working and she looked at me like I had three heads. Once he returned to the front. I addressed my problem with him and he didnât say or do anything!! I made several phone calls and someone from corporate office in Columbus Ohio called me and refunded my money. If you donât like cold food and raw fish then definitely go elsewhere!! There are a lot more choices in Simpsonville.
