瀬戸内の魚とそれを使った肴に燗の酒がぴったりです。天然物の魚介にこだわっている店主は、自ら釣を嗜み、その釣り果がメニューに載ることも。旬魚の粕漬けや奈良漬もあり、４千円からのコース料理がお得です。酒はやはり地元周南の中島屋酒造場のカネナカを燗にして頂戴すればまさに地元通しのマリアージュと相成ります。

As authentic as it can get. the fish comes from this port city. the place is off route and it is easy to get lost if you go on your own. best way is by cab. it is a house!! and the owners cook fugu as it has always been. from raw fish to sake with fish. it would also be good to have a local with you to know what to order. forget about how much to pay as fugu is generally expensive. our hosts paid for it and they won't say how much.

早めの時間に行く事をお勧めします。夜の店じまい早めです。21:30 には、火を落とします。結構混みあいますので、予約して伺うのが良いかもしれません。早めの時間には、美味しい魚にありつけるのだと思います。
