It is part of the Milos regional unit. The area is 75.207 square kilometres (29.038 sq mi) and the population was 1,420 at the 2011 census. It is located about 170 kilometres (92 nautical miles) ESE of Piraeus.

This restaurant is in a lovely location set right on the beach with views across the bay to the town. The menu had almost half of the dishes not available, what we had was pleasant enough, good plate of Greek salad, chicken souvlaki (there was no pork at all) and meatballs. We sat with our plates in front of us for sometime and had to ask twice for the bill. Service generally was very poor.

Nice place close to the sea, old traditional property (tables & chairs) and friendly owners. To the prons: tasty traditional Greek food (perfect sweet tomatos), try the fried âmarathopitakiaâ, the chilly cheesesalad, the mousakas and the tomato rooster with spaghetti!! To the cons: very very slow service and lazy attitude, not sure about the cleaningness of the kitchen.

This is a cozy Tavern located by Psili Ammos. They offer a variety of great quality sea food dishes and even the non seafood options are great! It offers a great view over the beach and the staff is amazingly friendly!

Went there twice in our four days stay in Serifos. Lovely small sandy and shallow bay with tree cover and two small tavernas with great food. Eating you food by the sea and been able to just leave your table and walk in the water is my ideal Greek island holiday. Good Greek food, pleasant and friendly service and low prices. What more can one asks for??

Mouth watering dishes especially the chicken with the sauce called 'tigania" and the' marathokeftedes". Kikirikiki salad is also delicious and really fresh. The service is excellent and the stuff is really friendly and quick. A highly recommended restaurant for those who seek a tasteful experience of traditional Greek cuisine! Well done

We stopped at Mega Livadi on a really windy summer day and tried "1916" because of its inviting terrace (protecting us from the wind gusts). We tried the rooster both with potatoes and with spaghetti and it was wonderful, as was the imam (eggplants with tomato sauce). The service and friendliness of the owner (Despina) and her son were typical of Greek hospitality. We ended up visiting her house and checking her chickens with our three-year old son being super excited. Dessert, fruits, and coffee were on the house! Do NOT miss dining there if you find yourselves in Serifos!

Relaxing place if you want to swim in a calm area of the beach with sunbeds and shadow from the trees! Drinks are served and placed in a bucket full of ice to keep them cool! Friendly and helpful staff! We've also had lunch.. excellent bruschettes and burger!

We went to this place after few people recommended it. We ordered mainly sea food and some salad and at first everything was ok. After the lunch I had a terrible pain in my stomach and felt like I havenât digested properly the food even 6-7 hours after. My husband had the same symptoms and he also throw up :/ would not recommend this place to anyone.

Restaurant is on the first floor. The decor and service is quite sophisticated for Serifos. The food was very well presented and tasty. He asked if we have booked a table, we said no and then he replied with irony: Good then there is nothing for you.Thank you for your comment.
