Visiting family in this area and stopped in here for a late lunch. Good variety of food on menu, service was very good and quality of food was good. I had fried shrimp and shrimp were nice and big. French fries very good. My husband had gumbo and it was very good. Fresh oyster tasty. Would recommend. Did have a person singing and kind of loud but most enjoyed his singing.

Visited Samâs while in area on business. Sat outside with a nice view of the lake. It is a local chain with numerous locations in Texas. I ordered the seared tuna appetizer which came with a side salad. Pretty good. Entrees come with choice of two sides. I ordered the âstuffedâ redfish. It was stuffed with a small crab cake, and served over sautéed spinach. I ordered Spanish rice and green beans as sides. All in all pretty good. Redfish was a bit over cooked. Nicely seasoned though. Full service bars inside and out. Reasonably priced margaritas were my choice of beverage. Service was attentive, and accommodated a late change in my choice of sides. I will probably return and try other menus choices. There were several that looked very interesting.

For succulent seafood and festive Cajun and Creole dining, come see us at Valdoâs Seafood House. We're one of the Houston areas most distinctive restaurants, serving fresh seafood from local waters with a definite Mexican flair. We have been serving the a
Valdo's serves up some of the freshest, best-tasting seafood I've had anywhere around the Seabrook\Kemah\Galveston area. Their fried seafood platter is huge, and have a great assortment of fried shrimp, fried fish, fried crawfish tails, and a fried stuffed crab, which are all delicious. My Wife loves the Fish Veracruz plate, which comes with a cheesy sauce with pico de gallo and avocado on top. My Daughter loves the cajun crawfish etoufee and the crawfish there. Prices are reasonable, and each dinner plate either comes with pasta, or the vegetables of the day, all of which are super-delicious. Valdo's is an older place that sits on a corner near the water, with a couple of other great places behind it as well. Give it a try; you will not regret it.

Usually we love Bubba Gump Shrimp. The food is great and so is the restaurant theming. But this time, the waitress forgot to put our order through and we waited an hour for them to fix the issue. Shame. Spoiled an otherwise good review.

Honoring its history, The Flying Dutchman serves legendary seafood on the waterfront. One of the best seafood restaurants in Kemah, our fresh selections have delighted guests on the boardwalk for decades. We offer a variety of fresh seafood dishes from li
We were here as part of a group from our community for dinner. I was looking forward to some good seafood and I was very disappointed as was my husband. First of all, the service was not the friendliest or speedy, but it wasnât slow. Servings were large and so were the prices. My husband had a shrimp salad and clam chowder. He liked the chowder but the shrimp salad was very spicy although it didnât say it was on the menu. The waiter argued with him that it wasnât spicy and refused to do anything about it. I tried it as did my friend and we both agreed it was spicy. My popcorn shrimp had more breading than shrimp. The coleslaw did not look fresh and no one ate it. I left over most of my fries. My friend had the fish and chips which she shared and we both agreed weâve had better at other restaurants. The restaurant was on the water and it had nice views and that was about it. I will not return any time soon for sure. There are better, more reasonably priced places to eat. Itâs on the Kemah Boardwalk which is quite touristy.

Dive into food and fun at the Aquarium Restaurant, located at the Kemah Boardwalk! Your underwater adventure begins as you are seated around a 50,000-gallon aquarium tank, home to a wide variety of fish, sharks, stingrays and more! Make a splash with deli
Firstly, I was under the impression that there wouldâve fish swimming around us, I was wrong. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a very large tank in the middle of the restaurant. Not bad but still...Service: Horrible from the moment we stepped in. Host told us we would be waiting for an hour as they were at capacity. My husband and I stepped into the gift shop for less than 10 mins. When we returned to the waiting area, the host escorted us to our table. The restaurant had VERY few people and many open tables. I could count on my 10 fingers how many tables were taken. -Our waiter seemed to just pass us by on several occasions. We saw him maybe a total of 4 times; Bring us Drinks, Bring our appetizer, Bring Our check and Bring a to-go container. The person who brought us our entrees really helped our experience, I canât remember his name. I wish I could say better things about our experience service wise. Food was PHENOMENAL :)

On the corner of the canal and Oak Road which is the main entrance to Clear Lake Shores just before the bridge into Clear Lake Shores, a small community on the lake.
We have been eating at Opus Bistro/Opus Ocean Grill for years. Never once did we have even an inkling of a complaint. Their food beats anything on the Kemah Boardwalk hands down. Not only is the food fantastic the service is impeccable as well. We are always recommending Opus to all our friends and people we meet.

OMG is all I can say about the grilled oysters! We tried the trio and couldnât decide which ones we liked best! I had the shrimp and crab tower which is the best salad Iâve had and such great presentation! Followed it by the most delicious dessert which is so reasonably priced. After the great meal we saw the sign for snow crab Thursday do we were back and had more delicious items like grilled oysters again becuz were in love with them, snow crab which was delicious with light seasoning and then key lime pie which was exceptional! I like the ambiance of the bar and patio which is enclosed!! Service was exceptional both times: Melissa you rock!!!
