We visit Scalinis on a regular basis. We always si in the restaurant. Its nothing fancy but its clean and tidy and te staff are great. The service is always quick and friendly . The food is great, cooked to order and the best fish and chips in the area.

Always perfectly cooked fish. When family who live in Surrey and Lancashire visit they can't believe how good the fish tastes. They can't get anything as good where they live and it's a real treat for them. Staff are so friendly and know us by name.

My wife called in as were visiting at the hospital, I don like to give any review with some negative feedback but we were so disappointed with the Fish we got I needed to on this occasion,Staff were lovely as were the Chips,Spam and Peas

I try and have fish and chips at least every fortnight. I would love to have more but need to watch my figure...I have tried many of the traditional chippies in Scunthorpe and I think this is the best. The service is good, the fish nicely cooked and very reasonable prices.I have only had take away and am keen to try the sit in option one Saturday morning.If you are in town and want a delicious take away, stop here and get one, its worth it!
