This fish tavern is located right next to the sea, which naturally gives the place a pleasant, genuine atmosphere. Having a bit late lunch, we were practically the only customers present, and had a friendly service. We enjoyed some Greek classics and having heard there was a sole in the catch of the day chose it as finding it in Greek taverns is not that common. The tzatziki and fried zucchinis were surprisingly a bit too salty and the Greek salad could have had bit more feta in it. But seafood good, the sardines, fried calamaris and particularly the excellent sole that appeared, surprisingly, to be deep-fried with batter. The fish underneath the crispy batter layer was juicy and as a bonus, the fins had been cooked into crunchy chips that could be enjoyed as such. Fresh fish tends to be a bit pricey, particularly in Greek scale, but we found the sole to be worth it.

It could have by far the most horrible place where Iâve had food. The salad speaks for itself. Spinach uncooked, sticky and unflavoured green beans. We thought to runaway but Thanks God, at least the fish was excellent.

The restaurant is beautiful and the view is outstanding. Menu is very cool and creative.Table setup and menu selection is very good. The apetizers are fantastic especially the yellowtail tartare. The pastas could be better though. There is a very nice selection of wines and spirits.Apple tart is brilliant. This restaurant is something you have to try if you are staying in athens.

Perfect food. Even the restaurant is not "perfectly clean" but the food is fantastic. Beginning form tsatsiki with lot of garlic, then trough greek salad and see food. There is a lot to select a dishes but I can recommend see food. It is a more expensive I expect (about 20 - 25 euro per person for dinner), but the quality and see view ..... Everything is fresh.

We visited Kohylia twice in July 2018.The setting is beautiful. Next to the sea with a few tables on a big deck. The food was excellent. The sushi was great and from the main course the best dish, in my opinion, was the Polynesian Crispy potato. ( Itâs a MUST ) !!!!We tried the black cod too. Big portion, enough for two people, and very good.Itâs pricy, however quality comes at a price. Finally they must add a couple more good labels of wine at a better price. All in all itâs a great experience with excellent service too.

One of the best places to have Greek/Fusion cuisine! We ordered octopus, baby calamari, assortment of salads and white fish which was fried in kataifi filo dough and topped with an Asian sauce....Absolutely delicious!!! Great atmosphere and very friendly service. When we tried visiting again, on a Saturday night, there was at least a half an hour wait, but unfortunately we had to leave seeing that we were pressed for time. I will definitely visit again!Bravo paidia...katapliktiko fagito! :-)

Fresh small fish and seafood, fried or grilled, such as sardines, pilchard, octopus, mussels, crabs, breams, bogues, cod and more. Try fresh mussels teriyaki, marinated pilchard, taramosalata, prawn guvetsi, seafood spaghetti, grilled arrow squid and more
A nice restaurant with a variety of seafood. Really enjoyed the tray with the appetizers. Not cheap but not too expensive either. Personnel needs to smile a bit more but otherwise friendly.

When the Labros restaurant was built in 1889 Vouliagmeni was a very remote destination for Athenians. Meeting point for gourmets of the capital since the time of Charilaos Trikoupis⦠sign ââIn the name of the Holy Trinity Sotirios years ÎΩΠÎâ(1889) reigns
We have been to this restaurant before and so expected to get both great food and great service. This time, we happened to order a variety of appetizers and three entrees from the pasta menu and wine. Apparently, we didn't make the cut this time for great service that is reserved for those who rack up a big tab. We only spent 111 euros...not enough to deserve much attention. The restaurant was not busy at lunchtime. They could have done a lot better. Not only did the waiter forget to bring the wine,(we had to ask 3 times), we rarely got any attention and at the end, were given hand wipes in plastic packaging while the tables around us got the hot, fragrant napkins to wipe their hands. If you arent spending a lot, prepare for second class service. Very disappointing. We took a long-time friend there and it just didn't live up to past experience. We are disappointed to read that you did not have a good experience. It looks like you have visited us before, so you may already know that we do not host our guests depending on their spent. Our guests are treated as equals and with respect. As for the napkins, it is not that the other tables might have made a bigger spent than you, but the fact that we offer hot napkins to the ones that have ordered a plate that they need to use their hands to eat it, such as crayfish, lobster or crab.Thank you for taking time to write this review. You can always send us more details through email.
