The food was awesome. We got delicious meal even when restaurant should be closed. Owner Aida was so kind of us. She really cares about her customers. She runs the place like a family house. Vegetarian options and everything for good price. Totaly recommend!

Clube Naval was recommended by staff at our hotel and we were glad it was. This was the very best meal we had on both Santa Maria and São Miguel. Portions were generous and delicious, service was excellent and location was gorgeous. We would have eaten there both nights on the island but couldnât get a table on the first night. After our experience, the restaurantâs popularity makes perfect sense. Itâs a must visit for anyone in Santa Maria - make a reservation and go!

Came here recently for lunch with my wife and another coupe, and really enjoyed it. The setting was absolutely great (over the ocean pools), and the staff was equally great (very friendly indeed). The food was good as well (chicken wings as an entrée, and then we all had the daily special). Overall, a nice experience.

The fish was amazing. It seemed as if it had just been caught. The cooking was excellent. The beer/wine were great. The location is great. So was the ambience. Service was superb.
