Yes, the restaurant looks the part. Yes, the service is good. Yes, the atmosphere is what you want. But, the food is very standard and restaurant should be impressing you with its food before worrying about how cool their decor is.As someone who really enjoys Japanese cuisine, I had been really looking forward to coming here, so maybe I had artificially elevated my expectations...? However, the sad truth is that better Japanese food can be found at the dedicated bar inside the large chain supermarket just over the road...Here, the rice is bland and the fish seems to be on the lower-side of the quality range. This might be ok if you weren't paying through the nose, but you are, so I'd go elsewhere.

The delightful luncheon at Il Torchio Antico was one of the highlights of my tour of Palladian Villas in the Veneto. On site on the beautiful grounds of Villa Godi-Valmarana, our tour group of 17 were seated at one table. We started with Tagliere di salumi della Pedemontana con perle di Asiago e miele. Each person's serving of the local salami was huge and contrasted wonderfully with the local cheese drizzled to taste with local honey. The main course was Filetti di maialino in crosta di speck con patate al romarino e verdure. Succulent pork with wonderfully aromatic potatoes and roasted vegetable; all were delicious. The dessert was simple but a wonderful complement to the rest of the meal: Barchetta di ananas con crema di cioccolate caldo.Service was impeccable.

Decide why you're coming here (bruschetta or fish) and stick to it or you'll spectacularly over-order!The variety of bruschetta is almost too much - there is literally something for everyone! They are all prepared fresh and are some of the best you can hope to have.Although the choice of fish is limited, it's all very very good. The mixed, fried fish/shellfish is superb (order one to share!!) and the sea bass is divine!

Fun place to have a diner with lot's of locals at the bar and even the restaurant. Food is reasonable to good but don't expect a haut cuisine. The staff is very friendly and trying to make it a good evening. It is in front of the good hotel Sweet Hotel.Just enjoy and get in touch with the locals....

Authentic Italian cuisine. Our flavour combinations are a result of careful research. Local ingredients, strictly seasonal, chosen and handled with care and expertise. Attention to details and design furnitures. Eyes wide lost between the Bassano del Grap
Stunning location on 5th floor of this smart hotel. Amazing views from restaurant and also from the outdoor terrace. Food was faultless. Every course featuring local cuisine and was beautifully presented. Everyone commented that this was best food we had during our 4 day stay in this area. Highly recommended. Simplicity, spontaneity and mediterranea on your plate. In our Brasserie Mediterranea, spontaneity is in the ingredients and the environment that welcome you. The Mediterranean-coloured tiles. The glass vases sincerely reveal what's inside. The pots and p
The selection of the menu is very large, which is not always a plus, but having dined here two nights in a row I did not encounter any issues even though I had very different dishes. The selection of wine and other drinks is also pretty fine. The place is really busy which is always a good sign. Food seems fresh and was prepared rather quickly for a place of this size. Salads are HUGE but very good.Staff was friendly and polite. Two very good meals at a reasonable price.

Pizzeria Trattoria "Le fornaci" is located on the state road between Marostica and Vicenza and is a suitable place where you would like to stop if you fancy a pizza or a nice pasta without being ripped off, while travelling from the mountains to Dueville and its Highway access gate. There's plenty of seating a huge wood oven and easily available parking. The service by young waiters is efficient and nice and the food is good Italian quality. Several beers can accompany your food as well as Italian wines and in less than one hour you can be back in your car on your way but without a mac on your stomach.

I got married here, both ceremony and reception. Everything was fantastic. The atmosphere, the food, the service. Not a single problem during the whole day. I know this place since several years ago and I always go back whenever I have the chance. I'm Italian, my wife is from Florida and had guests from many different countries that stayed at the hotel. Everybody were happy both with the restaurant and the hotel. The food was great, the service impeccable and the room nicely conditioned (it was June 8th and 35°C outside). It was easy to arrange all the details and everything lived up to our expectations. The italian guests were very happy, those coming from abroad and stayed there 3-4 days, were astonished by the great place. And on top of everything, it's very convenient! No other place can offer the same quality and amount of food and drinks at a comparable price for a wedding (and trust me, I know many restaurants around there).

Style and elegance come to dinner, here. A refined restaurant where exquisite flavours are to be discovered. A perfect rendevouz for fish lovers along with renowned cuisine from venice, vicenza and bassano like asparagus radicchio, porcini mushrooms...Per
Wonderful discovery! Pretty far from the main Venetian cities, the restaurant is definitely worth the trip. The large presence of customers on a Monday evening demonstrates it.Davide, son of the owner, has been a very professional host and led us with the appropriate pace through what can reasonably be considered as a dream for a fish lover! We have gone through a long suite of wonderful sea dishes that have in common the freshness and the outstanding quality of their ingredients. Ranging from raw to fried fishes, we went through many variations including sarde in saur and a splendid spaghetti alla bottarga. The wine list is well made (++), with an outstanding selection of "natural" wines (+++), at reasonable prices (+++). You are offered three possibilities ranging from restaurant to Cafe (++) and the hotel that looks pretty nice if you prefer to stay overnight (+++). Service was gentle and smiling, attention to the host was splendid. Davideâs wine suggestions were perfect and we ended by a cacao feve tasting and an outstanding rum! A Brazilian cigar brought the final touch to a wonderful dinner we had the pleasure to share with wonderful persons.Looks at the photos, no words to add! Just book and rush.Quality wine producers are in my view the best source when it comes to restaurant. We had the pleasure to join the covibio producers at the end of their Verona's wine exhibition day. It made it easier to taste a large variety of plates.

Loved everything about this place, from the happy smiley staff to the unique way they bring the fresh fish out to show you. I settled for spaghetti bolognaise. It was divine. The best dish I had all holiday. Piping hot, lots of it and wow that taste. Mama Mia indeed. Thanks for to visit in my restaurant.Angelo
