Final Cut features hand-selected USDA prime beef, the freshest seafood from wild salmon to cold water lobster, and a 200-bottle wine list.
We came here for Sweetest Day and had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Everyone on staff that we came across was very nice & friendly. Our server, Alison was kind & informative. The food was so delicious. We had crab cakes, salad, ribeye, scallops, garlic mashed potatoes, & leek/potato pie. Everything was just spot on delicious. We had read a review that complained about over cooked steaks & were a little nervous about whether the steak would be cooked as ordered. It was cooked to perfection. My husband was very satisfied. My scallops & leek/potato pie was heavenly. The Cider Car cocktail is yummy! Love the atmosphere & timeliness of courses, no rushing. We will most definitely be back again real soon! Thank you for the feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your time at Final Cut Steak and Seafood. We will make sure to pass along these amazing compliments to the team. We hope to see you again soon.

Itâs so refreshing to find a restaurant that is consistently good year after year. Weâve been coming to Real Seafood-both in A2 and Toledo- and have never had a bad meal. The Blue Plate Special was outstanding and sautéed scallops delicious. How refreshing to have cold items (coleslaw) served nice and cold and hot items (entrees) served piping hot. Thank you RS for your continuing high standards. Weâll look forward to our next visit.

I enjoyed the Powerboat races on the Maumee earlier in the day and wanted a good bite before ending the day. In the ProMedica Headquarters building was the Chophouse. Seating outdoors on the patio and inside overlooking the Maumee. I started with Lollipop lamb chops that were to die for. Grilled wonderfully to order. Finishing off with a burger with pomme frites. It was delicious. I was impressed with the high level of service. Bar service or not, these folks were on their game. I look forward to stopping back for a full and complete dining experience. This is just a great restaurant for all the right reasons including food, service & atmosphere. While very busy on weekends or when there is a Valentine show, we often prefer to visit during the middle of the week to experience very high quality food and absolutely fresh fish with professional service in a sophisticated & yet friendly and unhurried environment. We enjoy that specials often outnumber menu options and that you can basically have any main dish cooked exactly as you prefer. This may be the best restaurant in Toledo.

Nicely decorated restaurant w/brick walls, boldly painted walls, wood planked floor, etc -- kind of a restaurant you'd expect to find in a small college town. Amanda, our waitress, helped us with our menu selections and promptly served us our drinks. Wine was modestly priced and there were a lot of beer choices. Back to Amanda: I'm still amazed at how a cheerful waitress improves your dining experience! As far as food: We had some excellent pierogies for the table, "meh" salads, nicely prepared (medium rare) ribeyes w/potato pancakes and a tortilla wrap. Finished with tiramisu for dessert! All in all a very pleasant dining experience. El Chompo bites again!
