Over five years ago, the idea of La Viga Seafood & Cocina Mexicana was conceived by answering a simple question: Could we create a dining experience that would be something both familiar and exciting for our community and fellow food explorers? The answer
I was early for lunch and there were hardly any people in the restaurant. We ordered chicken enchiladas and shrimp quesadillas--they were delicious! And by the time we left, it was full with everyone enjoying delicious Mexican food. Service was excellent and prices are reasonable--we'll be back!

Very nice ambience for drinks and tapas. The Catena Malbec was very good. Our manhattan cocktails had a bitterness that was atypical. Tapa entrees were good: cerviche atun, empanadas de Argula, tostada de cangrejo y aguacate. This is an enjoyable venue for friendly gatherings.

Try the lobster roll (packed full with delicious lobster chunks). Both, the white New England clam chowder and red Manhattan clam chowder are packed with clams (not all potatoes). The calamari and fish and chips are fried to perfection. Delicious food casual atmosphere. Sometimes has a long line to order, but worth the wait.

A globally minded Californian menu & full bar in a modern, waterfront locale with outdoor seating.
Paid parking . . .? Well you better be good. It was horrible, terrible service, surly waiter, terrible ambiance, cold, all metal and glass. Tables around me were all still littered with food, very expensive, limited menu.Think it has a full bar? Not at 10AM, we ordered 2 Bloody Mary's, and a beer. 10 Minutes, waiter says we're out of beer, no Bloody Mary's, we through our napkins up in surrender and left. And no great view, what a joke, Try at your own risk. It's located inside the Pullmen's Hotel. Her Ladyship, says the parking can be validated.Look, I really dislike giving a restaurant one star. We stayed at Pullman's in Paris, and visited their restaurant, quite a bit, and it . . .ahem ....never ran out of anything. Another thing that was interesting, was that there was only one other person sitting in the restaurant and all the plates still sitting on the other tables, had a lot of food remaining on them.

Caring staff, literally. I had herbal tea, they had it, since I had sore throat. Lady waitress brought me another by herself. They spotter that we were first timers and took time to introduce their offering. Start with garlic cheese garnished bread, superbly done. Fish and chips is very tasty, potato chips of special style, portion to make you feel good. Finish off with home made sweets, like apple pie of special sort with cinnamon, oates, and ice cream scoop, a marvel of taste. Inside you feel welcome, warm and has interesting furniture. Observe the wooden ship scooner model and Xmas tree in lights. Must visit, dinner or lunch. Tops.
