Maybe pizza is good. Location is nice. Menù seems to be the same from the '80s. Almost every dish has sour cream in it. They even still make Pennette vodka!! Long time to be served. I ordered a horrifying filetto pepe verde. 18 euro. Horrifying. So many better options around. Do not go to this restaurant.

Café Opera is characterized by a style of cooking multifaceted and linked to the Marche region. The chef, Alessandro Rapisarda, winner of S.Pellegrini Young Chef 2016, carefully choose the best products and mixes in a wise and unusual combinations typical
GENERAL STUFF: This new looking restaurant has operatic arias scrawled across the walls. But, to tell the truth, the restaurant staff ensured we had a brilliant night, elsewhere, at the nearby Borgo Antico restaurant. We checked in to stay one night in their accompanying hotel, and when asked what time we wanted dinner, we suggested 7.30 pm; a bit early for Italy, but as we had driven a long way across Italy the same day, we needed an early night. The hotel agreed to a 7.30 seating, and our table was set. The waitress came to our table at 7.40pm and told us to have a drink and come back in an hour. Why? "Because we are showing a group of people the kitchen and the chef is busy." Thanks, but no thanks, we booked 7.30pm. Have a drink she said. We had already done that. In a much less than customer friendly manner, the lady turned around and said she would speak to someone. Enough. As the opera saying goes 'It aint over until the fat lady sings' An internet search revealed a really brilliant restaurant just two minutes walk from the Opera Cafe, and it was at Borgo Antico, on Vicolo Antico, where the fat ladies feasted in a hugely entertaining and atmospheric restaurant. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your sang froid Cafe Opera. LOCATION: Part of Gallery Hotel.CLIENTELE AND WHEN TO VISIT: We were the only three guests in the main restaurantATMOSPHERE: Lacking in toneDECOR: Panto FOOD: Decided to eat elsewhereWOULD WE RETURN? Never.IF THEY COULD IMPROVE SOMETHING: The staff need to realise that they cannot treat guests as they choose. We pay for the bread and butter, so be nice if you want to receive the jam. Finally, the next day at checkout, the hotel apologised for their behaviour the night before. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Average food, good service, medium priced, nice atmosphere. I ordered insalata and pizza. The Insalata ( mix salad) was very simple, only green leaves, little tomatoes and carrots, but was fresh. My pizza was burned and not the best. My friend ordered meat with mushrooms and really like it. Definitely you can eat somewhere a much better and bigger pizza for 8 euros and not burned.

Well, if anybody can beat this fabulous celebration at Villa Anton then please do say! Course upon course upon course of wonderful seafood - every type imaginable. This was definitely a feast for the senses. Beautifully presented & absolutely delicious. Service was incredibly rapid considering there were nearly 200 wedding guests and the food just kept coming. Hubby & I admitted defeat around course 8 which was very early on into this magnificent dining experience!Villa Anton sits in lovely grounds and apparently can cater for up to 4 weddings at any given time. On arrival our wedding party was escorted to a section of the grounds where marquees were set up and a fantastic display of antipasti was on offer. An imposing fountain sits in front of the villa. The dining room we were in was decorated out really prettily. And to finish off the wedding celebrations the desert trolley was wheeled out groaning under an amazing selection of cakes & sweets.Great place to have any sort of celebration.

This is a small, cozy restaurant which offers very fine fish-based courses, though for those who do not like fish, there are very good alternatives such as hamburgers or steaks. Among the side dishes, I would recommend the "Olive ascolane", and the dessert "il tartufo di Nonno Ferruccio" is not to be missed. The servers and the chef are very nice and helpful, always ready to answer all kind of questions about the menu, and eager to explain the "secrets" about how to pick up the best fish at the fish market, and how to cook it properly. While not a budget restaurant, prices are very reasonable, considering the superlative quality of the food. All in all, a restaurant highly recommended for fish lovers.
