We enjoyed our dinner. We had versions of the many seafood platters offered and especially enjoyed the shrimp and oysters. Great eggplant fries, first time I've had them. Excellent remoulade sauce. Very convenient to our b&b, the wonderful Maison d'Memoire.

They are literally located in the middle of nowhere (as the t-shirts state) bit are one of the best places to get boiled crawfish anywhere around (except for D.I's which is a further drive for me). I will definitely go here again as the spicy crawfish were wonderfully seasoned and they were boiled to perfection. Much better than the places located in Lafayette and worth the drive. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

We stopped in here for dinner after a day of traveling, and we're glad we did!! I had the overstuffed grilled shrimp po'boy with fries. The shrimp was seasoned to perfection! The fries also were very good. My husband had the crawfish etouffee. He said it was excellent. Rascal's has an interesting interior. Note, it's located inside the Black-Gold casino.
There's nothing that can satisfy a craving for seafood except diggin' into a giant plate of fresh, cajun seasoned crawfish. If you've got the craving to crack, peel, and eat up some enticing cuisine, come to Cajun Claws Seafood Boilers serving Rayne, Duso
3/2/19@16:45 My wife and I decided to try this place since we had some time to kill. Having never had boiled crawfish it was a different experience. We were very lucky to have two waitresses that were phenomenal. The food arrived in a timely manner and everything was hot and looked outstanding. The fried fish was very very good, as was the corn on the cob and the French fries. The onion rings were very tasty but just a bit over breaded. The boiled shrimp was served hot and was very tasty. The shrimp are huge and a pound is more than enough for one. The crawfish are also huge and tasted.....well, like crawfish I guess. This place was a real treat and I would recommend anyone who has never experienced crawfish to give this place a try. Worth every penny!! 4.5/5
