A cozy place in full center of Port Aysén where to enjoy with the family shown restraint domestic, healthy stocks principally in fished and products of the sea, products with local identity. Attended by his own owners.
Stopped here for dinner as friend had found this online and reviews were good. Its reputation is well deserved. The food and service were impeccable. In fact, I am not a huge fish fan. More often than not, I am disappointed with fish and regret ordering it. This was the best salmon I have ever had in my life. The outside was slightly crisp, almost caramelized, yet the inside was juicy and tender. After biting through the crisp crust, it melted in my mouth. It was divine. Everything else was amazing. The service was personal and friendly. The chef came out late in the meal to say hello and make sure everything was good.I have nothing but positive comments and couldn't say enough. Please visit!!! You will thank yourself.Than you very Mich,Our aim is that the clients enjoy the Food and feel good attended, and in view of the description of his comment We give each other satisfied, since what you say is a fruit of our work. After trying out literally every diner in the area (including Puerto Chacabuco), Isla Verde takes home the gold for best restaurant in the Puerto Aysen Area.Great meat and seafood. If you really wanna get your money's worth ask for the Paila Marina (only 4,000 pesos or 8$) and you can finally get that real southern taste you've been searching for.I had heard this place was too expensive for what it offered, but after trying out all the other restaurants (including the hotels) I can say this is the place to get your money's worth. I'll definetly be back.

Variedad de platos locales incluidos los pescados y mariscos. Los sabores están bien logrados y una esmerada atención que predispone a disfrutar. Quizá puedan atender a algunos detalles como el pan y los manteles. El resto, todo bien.
