The manoir is under new management - has been redecorated is is beautiful. We had the lobster special (best deal we could find in town). The waitress was a bit confused and seemed not too informed on the special etc - but it worked out.

We were pretty disappointed in the meals we got. First of all, there are very few options for people with dietary restrictions. No problem, we'll order salads, we thought. A chef salad came on a very small plate with only beets and cucumbers in addition to the lettuce. Caesar salad was just as small and disappointing. You would do better to select another restaurant.

The restaurant was very nice and the service good. The clam chowder was superb. The salads were good. The fish & chips were disappointing with 2 very small and greatly overcooked pieces of fish. The lobster roll was overwhelmed by the taste of the cole slaw they put in the bread.

Great staff who, even thought there was an error with our order, corrected it immediately and delivered the correct dish after all.The bouillabaisse wasn't what I would normally expect, in fact quite different to a Marseilles bouillabaisse. For the cost I must admit I was a bit dissapointed.The seafood plate wasn't bad, but all over just a bit average.Excellent location right on the water.

In the Hotel La Normandie (reservation highly recommended), it is an experience of gastronomy at is best along with a view of the âRocher Perceâ that is priceless. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant La Normandie. The breakfast buffet-style was delicious with homemade muffins, pastries, cakes, quiches, preserves along with cheeses, potatoes just to name a few items. There is a possibility to order eggs your way. There are many juices to choose from along with some coffee, of course. Dinner menu is extensive. A great wine list as well. We opted for the package along with the room, so the pricing was great for including the dinner and breakfast the next morning. A great advantage to take as an option. The service we had during dinner and breakfast during our stay in August was top notch.Did I mentioned the viewâ¦yes, I did .

We loved this place - everything we had there was amazing - fresh seafood and fish, amazing bread, salads, soups. The view is incomparable and the service was excellent. All the fish was very light, it did not have the overly dense creamy sauces that you get in that area. Everything on the plate worked to accentuate the taste of fish - it was not overpowered by other flavours. Went back twice - lunch or dinner it is well worth it - but make reservations as it is quite popular.Thanks for the visit and review.We were delighted to see twice during your stay in Percé. When we are on the ocean, we always try to get a good fish dinner. This place was recommended to us, but we arrived a bit too early for dinner and had to come back. Glad we did. The Table d'hote included a mixed salad with vinaigrette dressing, dessert and coffee or tea. My wife chose the salmon fillet with cream sauce, rice pilaf and veggies and I chose the pan fried Halibut with shrimp, rice pilaf and veggies. Lemon meringue pie was the dessert choice. Food and service were both good and the view out toward the water was nice.Thank you for your comments. We very much appreciate.We hope to see you again soon.

We had breakfast there and I loved the setup and arrangement: large windows, beautiful view of the rock and the water; it was as if you were on a cruise ship. I loved the staff; so friendly and caring. The food though, was mediocre. I would definitely recommend this place but maybe try something other than the eggs Bennedict, it was kind of bland.

We had cod two ways. I had the cod cakes and my wife had the fried cod. Both were delicious. The selection of beers, ciders, and wines was very good also. We as group of photographers went there for dinner after our bird shooting trip to the Malbaie Salt marsh.The food is excellent and very popular. The Arctic char is fantastic. Service is fast. Free parking is limited.
