I have to say the food in Paddy Burkes is by far the best I've tasted in a very long time. I couldn't fault any of it. Mashed potato to perfection, mushroom sauce at its finest and chicken escalope was lovely and crispy. Most definitely returning very soon. Staff very friendly and attentive. 10/10

We enjoyed dinner at Martines. It was very busy but we didnât have to wait long for a table for 2. The food was good and I enjoyed a great Spanish Syrah. It was a bit noisy but not to noisy to carry on a conversation. Great crime brûlée!

What a lovely relaxing place, we had the early bird ,very substantial servings, all very tasty.The service was very special,non intrusive but still attentive, very good advice on wines also.There is a lovely room for special events like christening or birthdays off the dining area.A great find wewill be back.

Average is a bit harsh maybe and clearly the food here isnât bad and the staff are friendly and on-the-ball but I left feeling disappointed overall.Itâs Asian fusion which is largely a twist on Thai which for a main left me with a disappointing Pad Thai ( under seasoned and a bit boring although with all the right ingredients ). I shared two starters and I felt they both had the same issue of being underwhelming.My fellow dinners would certainly give a better rating for their dishes Iâm sure.

After I heard just praises from my colleagues,me and my husband decided to try this place out! Great decoration, cosy atmosphere, super location, friendly & professional staff( Siobhan- was our waitress for the evening, really energetic and knowledgeable about their specials),and the FOOD!!!!! To die for! We had 2 starters and 1 main // that we could try more dishes plus have desserts tooall experience was amazing and value for money!!!! We will be back.

I went there with my elderly parents. The service was really great. They made my parents feel very special. The cold seafood and fish platter was really good as well as the fish. Their home made brown bread made with molasses and nuts was the best bread we have tasted in ages. We commented this to our water and as we were leaving they gave my mother a loaf wrapped in clingfilm, so that she can eat it at home in the coming days. That was a really nice touch.

Went to this restaurant last night because of Trip Advisor and we are glad we did. They took a reservation because we were 6 people. Food was terrific. Between us all we had mussels, oysters, fried calamari, monk fish, catch of the day and pasta with all kinds of seafood. Everything was great. Prices were extremely reasonable. They had a great bottle of Malbec which a lot of places donât have.

I visited this spot as I was looking for a lovely kebab and chip spot. I think it's hard to find a nice kebab shop around galway. I went in and ordered my kebab and chips. I have to say I couldn't fault the chips they were gorgeous with vinegar and salt on them. However,the kebab I wasn't that impressed with. It just didn't taste or look great. I was disappointed.

More than worth the short drive from Galway City. For over 300 years this location has been pleasing customers. Located on a beautiful waterfront lot this restaurant is well worthy of its fine reputation.We had dinner on a Monday night and the service was exceptional. Fresh is the name of the game here. Oysters au natural oysters were exceptional, followed by more oysters! If you like oysters, make the escape from Galway City to this fine establishment.
