Way off the beaten track and not easy to find. We went for lunch and the restaurant was totally empty. Unfortunately, our first impression was poor as immediately upon entering there was a foul odor that we could only describe as spoiled meat. The food quality was fair (breaded shrimp were fried and greasy). The quantity was more than plentiful but the prices were high considering where you were. English was sparse. There are just too many better restaurants in the area for the same price than to ever bring us back to Titis.

You guys are awesome! My family LOVED your restaurant - terrific food, casual ambiance which is so great for kids, open air with fans, completely unpretentious, attentive service, affordable prices, and your magician was AMAZING! What a treat! Huge thumbs up from this Maryland family! Thank you all! Also - do not miss the cantaloupe, peppermint and lime refreshing drink. Wow.

Eddie's was recommended by the hotel. We walked there, at 5 pm. Basically empty. Two people sitting outside, we chose to go in as it was hot and humid (we from AZ). We were alone in a room with 10 tables. The waiter was acceptable but looked tired. I had shrimp tacos. Eh... Wife had coconut shrimp she liked, but stomach issues the next day. I don't know what to tell you.... Suffice it to say, we were not impressed at all.

What a beautiful setting! We had a great weather day when we ate there. The food is delicious and the drinks are tasty. The cost is amazing inexpensive. From the outdoor seating area you have a front row view of the beautiful harbor. The service, food and ambiance here are very Continental. Soft Jazz, a deck overlooking the canal, floor to ceiling windows and unpretentious yet classy service. Classy, yes ,that is the word for Porto Bello. The food is very good, the prices are on the high end but it is what you would expect for this experience. Outstanding wine list. Check out its sister shop, Porto Pizza, in the same building, for to-go pizza, too.

Had dinner here on our last night at the Grand Mayan. Need to take taxi for 110 pesoes($6) unfortunately. Appetizer (complimentary) was very nice. I irdered soup and a butter garlic shrimp dinner. Wife ordered combo shrimp dinner. Food was very good. Unfortunately waiter misunderstood and did not order my entre for some reason. No matter. Wife shared her large plate gladly. Very nice covered restaurant and not overly crowded.

For our anniversary we booked Azur since we were at the Vidanta property Grand Mayan. Service was of course top notch. Setting outside was gorgeous and even though evening was warm it was lovely. They offered a complimentary appetizer which was very good. The entries were also very tasty. Sorry, cannot even remember what they were. Only issue is the price which I guess is expected to be very high. Otherwise for a one time special shot it was very nice. Appreciable bmusial, Thank you very much for providing your one of a kind experience in ou restaurant. We are happy you select our Azur to celebrate such a special occasion, happy belated anniversary! Also, we are proud to know that you enjoyed our food, setting, and service.
