Dinner with some colleagues. We all chose pasta, personally pasta alla norma (with eggplants, tomato and smoked ricotta). Great fresh pasta, big plates, everything really excellent. Try also the desserts, I took a semifreddo al pistacchio (a sort of ice cream with pistachio), amazing. Prices are honest. Try this restaurant if you want to have great and abundant Italian food

I had dinner here by myself and while the terrace was full when I arrived the waiter volunteered to set up another table for me. My starter was the only slight disappointment as the spaghetti with sea urchin and a âmainâ of grilled prawns were delicious

Restaurant entirely dedicated to the Stokkfish and the Baccala with traditional Sicilian dishes
It was a really wonderful dinner. All of the dishes were superb, with the exception of my last cod dish, in which the fish was over cooked and rubbery. But the potatoes in that dish were perhaps the best I have ever tasted. Amazing appetizers and delicious pasta dishes. It is not a large menu, but the cooking was very, very good. I guess my attitude was affected by the ending, when it was clear that they wanted to receive payment in a way that was untraceable by the government. Itâs just sad.

Located in the historic part of the city, under the ancient walls of the Castle of Frederick of Swabia. The restaurant looks totally renovated with a large room with wooden ceiling, and hand-decorated floors. A sight you will find the kitchen which overlo
Delicious meal and superb wine served attentively and personably. There was much more food served than we could eat! It is a quiet, out-of-the-way establishment, but we visited in the off season so I don't know if they draw more of a crowd in-season.

We had a great time discovering the Sicily product cooked with passion and creativity! Food, wine, decoration, staff...Everything is coherent and makes sense! The prices are above the average (2 persons 62⬠: welcome starter offered, a main, a dessert and a glass of wine each +water) but we appreciated this unique place...it worth it! If you need to fill up quickly ,avoid! if you want to savor and share a quality time, stop by this place!

I was there last week advised (by the good) B&B Orchidea. Unfortunately La Bitta is not a good choice. Eventhough we are Italians , my mother and i were took as from the first moment as "dumb" foreigners and the guy tried to talk English with us. Although the place was empty, the staff was more talking with themselves, than taking us much in consideration. When my sea food antipasto came I was very desapointed to see the several slices in small quantity. The quality was same as you can find at the Lidl. It is not what you expect in a sea place like Milazzo. They dare to charge us 8 euro for that. We did n t order anymore since we saw enough. Only big pluspoint is the New, clean and well taken care place. But we can for the food.Ps: I saw that the owner is very rude on commentS so i Am expect ing much contrabandaMa se dice che lei e la sua mamma siete "italiani" perché recensisce in "inglese"?

We had two very pleasant evenings eating here on their terrace. At the end of the first evening we asked to have a table for the next night.I am not great judge of the finer points of Italian cuisine, but we certainly enjoyed what we had. The staff were good fun, friendly and attentive, and the prices very reasonable. We remember Degus fondly.

We had a birthday dinner in this restaurant. This place has a very discreet but stylish interior, flawless service and personal, and fantastic Italian cuisine with sea-food and fish! We were conquered with the waiter Vittorio, who speaks very good English, knows the menu by heart, and knows a lot about Sicilian food traditions. This guy, together with a great Macchianera's chef have made our best impressions and warm memories about the Sicily, Milazzo, and Italian cuisine. Fresh fish and sea-food every day, beautiful service, fantastic taste, chef's personal attention to the guests make this place number one among the restaurants of Milazzo. "Must visit"!

Arrived late and hungry with two small children after long flight and drive. Took 45 minutes to serve us 2 pizzas and pasta with seafood (despite us asking the waitress reminding her our kids were tired amd hungry), which was in fact pasta with 2 clams and a prawn. The pizza was decidely average and to be avoided - bland.
