Dined on a Friday night. This is our 4th visit and it continues to meet our expectations with great food and service. The menu changes so you can eat here many times and have your favorite or a different spin on an old dish. They revamped the scallops, and it was a hot item of the night. I had it and many others as well. The cornmeal crusted scallops with beets and sweet potato hash was delicious. Well cooked, flavorful and colorful. We started with the grilled oysters. Always good. Husband had catfish which was very good as well. Peach cobbler and bananas foster bread pudding were excellent. Great drink and cocktails. Great service. Corn muffins are also very good with the garlic butter. If you havenât been, go and get some Nola cuisine. They also have brunch and special events. Prices are reasonable. Dinner for 2 with appetizer, 2 entrees and 2 desserts $120. Must visit. Fun atmosphere as well.

Atmosphere good. Owners were there and were very friendly and approachable. Went on a Thursday which was $5 burgers and 1/2 price wings. The burger was actually a double made with fresh patties, not frozen. Wings were very good with just the right amount of sauce. Will be back again soon. Looking forward to trying other items from the menu.

Very colorful and clean restaurant. Excellent variety of margaritas. Midweek specials. Great shrimp "al Diablo" and homemade soups. Guacamole is also great. Fun place to go with friends or family.

My sister picked here to celebrate her 70th birthday with family as she has enjoyed it in the past. We had reservations and as we were seated they informed us that they were having air conditioning problems. That should have been a tip to leave as it was all downhill from there. We ordered a nice bottle of wine and appetizers. The appetizers arrived but no wine? We flagged down our waiter and asked about the wine and he said they were still looking for the wine and we said just bring us any Sauvignon Blanc. He then brought a bottle and slammed it on the table and walked away without opening it or serving it to us plus without an ice chiller to keep it cold. We made the hostess aware of this and we only got a very sarcastic response. Next up was the entrees and three of the five arrived and but without the sides which arrived 10 minutes later. Two if us meanwhile were still waiting for our entrees which arrived 15 minutes after the others received them. By this time we asked for the manager and all we got were lame excuses and no I am sorry about this. To top it off they were asked to do something special for the woman turning 70....they failed again! We waited 15 minutes to try and get our bill and our server was no where to be found. We finally all got up to leave and I went to the hostess and demanded our bill and the manager again. We paid the bill and informed them how they had ruined what was to be a special evening and that they would never see us again. Please at your earliest convenience can you send me an email at [email protected] feel absolutely horrible that you were treated like this and I sincerely apologize.

Now I know oysters taste like whatever they are dipped in. I don't know what the fuss is about. (12 for $15 with a nice presentation). My meal was very good. Lake Superior whitefish, grilled with garlic glaze. $22 for enough to bring home half. It came with crusty zucchini sticks which were delicious, though I should not have eaten the breading. Couldn't help myself. The servers were very attentive and accurate. The place was sparcely populated on a Thursday evening, so it was quite enough to convere. My husband was not as impressed with his swordfish ($29), saying "fish in Florida" is better. He didn't leave a bite, however, and loved the smashed potatoes.
