During our five nights stay at the Jaz Almaza Hotel we had dinner each evening at the Corallo. Though the usual chef we have been dealing with over the past five years was on holiday, the Chef Samir who was there did an excellent job for us every evening be it with the soup or the pasta and the Seabass we took every night baked in the oven with potatoes without any additives for best tasting of the fish. Keeping the oil and rosemary marinade on the side for individual serving, if you wished to... We highly recommend it and shall always eat at the Corallo restaurant whenever in Almaza Bay.

My wife and I went to try out this restaurant, which to our surprise serves both fish and meat and both barbequed whereby the smell of the cooked foods overlaps. Besides this matter the charcoaled meat was inedible. Seems as if they had precooked it and then reheated it. We could not finish our meat orders and the very few salads we had ordered did not taste that good either. We shall surely never go back again and do not recommend to anyone either.
