This place is spacious and probably very popular (there is a lot of tables around). Very warm atmosphere and a friendly service, although they don't have a menu in English (?) the waiter explained and translated everything with lots of patience and with a smile. The menu itself is very big with all the local food, the portions are average and we enjoyed each and every dish we ordered ! Prices are reasonable and overall it's a very nice place for a nice dinner. Highly recommended

Il menù di Pasqua si compone di molte portate di pesce fresco e di qualità : qualche portata in meno non sarebbe male.I tempi tra una portata e l'altra sono piuttosto lunghi.Una volta vale la pena provarlo

It was real treat to have dinner in this excellent restaurant with some or majority calabrese disches as the owner said. I would suggest not to miss antipasto dela casa which is just introduction to fine cuisin that you will try here, after that you may continue with extraordinary calabrese pizza or if you like spicy food you should try Sclilatelli con anduja (some extra spicy calabrese sausage, tomato, olives, in chees eatable "basket"- pure perfection). Great value for money-antipasto, primo, pizza, beer, vine (1/4l), sorbetto- 37eur, plus grappa & limonchelo on the house. Great, reccommendation, we will be back.

While on business, a local took me to this place and I was so surprised with the quality of the food, the ambience tied to art and architecture that I could not stop talking about it. We were short on time, late for lunch so we did not want to keep the kitchen there longer than necessary so we ordered pizza. Wow this was not your ordinary pizza. The dough was a light weight almost airy kind of bread with super fresh and organic ingredients on top. They served before the pizza a trio of spreads with little bread toasts. I have no idea what the spreads were but nothing from a typical or classic Italian menu; these were veggie based and packed with flavor. The menu looked fantastic and they offer a menu for those who wish to stay under 1300 calories (I think that was the number). If we had had more time, I was ready to dive into some of their creations. This is also the perfect place for a wedding party, well any kind of party for that matter. Great outdoor spots for cocktails and plenty of room inside. The price is I would say medium range, and worth every euro.

My friends invited me to this restaurant while I was in Treviso. We travelled for about 20 minutes to arrive at this charming spot on a Monday night and the place was quite busy. We were seated promptly and the owner came to greet us. He offered his suggestions for the night and we embarked on a 5 course sea food dinner to be remembered. You must be adventurous and allow the local people to put forth their best. Local fish, shrimp, scallops, octopus deliciously prepared grilled, steamed or lightly fried and served bursting with flavors. All accompanied with an extensive list of wines and prosecco to make you want more. I wish I would have written their menu list for the night. It was an incredible culinary experience which I hope to repeat on my next visit to Treviso. I highly recommend a visit. Note that they are closed Tuesday night and Wednesday.

Whenever I am in Italy, I make it a point to eat here as often as I can. Food taste so good and is truly the best "home cooking" I've had in Italy. If I had an Italian Mom I am sure that this is what home cooking taste like. Everyday the lunch menu changes and often has very different selections and creations by Oskar. I've spent tons of euro's at restaurants in Venezia and have been disappointed for spending so much money to watch a guy in a white jacket and tie fillet and behead my Branzino and then fill me up with all of these extra's I did not ask for.... At Roiter, customer is king. Oskar, Ingrid and Gianni always treat you like "Gold". Price is always right. After lunch ask for the chamomile tea and watch Gianni start talking with his hands and all the different facial expressions. They'll know you read this review.. Enjoy!
