I remember visiting this restaurant many many years back - the entrance etc was decorated with fishing nets and mock crayfish, lobsters and crabs. Sadly the atmosphere today lacks what the name implies. The tables on the left of the entrance looks like a canteen, but to the right is a warm area under a marquee with lots of plants. We had a good lunch of Hake and the service was efficient and friendly.
Here at the Good Food Factory we are dedicated to provide good, fresh food, prepared from start in this relaxed and informal restaurant. Something to experience again. We offer a wide variety of dishes to enjoy among amazing people. We are open everyday w

C-Bali Restaurant & Beach bar is a stylish restaurant located on St. Michael's Beach. It is a comfortable place with a beautiful beachfront view and fantastic people. The cozy bar is a great spot for cocktails and weâve got a great selection of craft beer
CBali has a great beachfront location with views of the ocean and surfers. We stopped for lunch en route to the lower South Coast. An appealing menu offering a wide variety of seafood and seafood combo dishes, also great choices for non-seafood diners and a menu for kids. Scenic views, good service, food and yes its a casual and relaxed venue, with convenient parking. Obviously well run, front and back of house, unlike some venues in prime locations yet with indifferent food. You'll find it all here from sushi to great calamari, and shellfish, from starters to snack on, or something more substantial for lunch or dinner. We enjoyed this our first visit.

Where to eat Steakhouse food in Margate: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Ocean Fish and Takeaway is the place to go for exactly what its name suggests. The owners and staff go out of their way to create excellent food and make you feel comfortable. The pricing is right, the quality high and the waiting time short. Just as fast food should be.The setting in shelly Beach is magic, literally 100m away from the water's edge. The friendly, chatty way you get treated with by the ownders is so pleasant and so typical for a relaxed beach atmosphere. You got to check it out !!!!Thank you for the review, it is highly appreciated.

My family and I visted Breakers and was not dissapointed in the quality of their foods. I can defnitelly recommend their calamari as it was the best my wife and I had in a very long time. My children also enjoyed the pasta. The waiter was very friendly. I will definitelly re-visit Breakers and do recommend this restaurant to others.

Your Hosts Linda and Bruce Forbes, welcome you to The Lobster Pot Restaurant. The Lobster Pot was established in 1967, and has built a reputation for a variety of food at affordable prices. In December 2016 Linda and Bruce took over from their parents, Tr
We were on holiday nearby and decided to try the Lobster Pot at lunch time on a cold miserable day. We were greeted by a lovely friendly lady who made us feel comfortable from the start. We were introduced to Bridget our waitress who was friendly without being over bearing. The mussels soup for a starter , I would go back just for, it was divine, served little slices of brown bread. I had the calamari for mains which was very well prepared and tasty. It was a pity we were the only people which was a bit unfortunate. We would recommend the The Lobster Pot any dayThanks Lesley, the mussel soup is one of our favourites as well, glad you had a good time and we hope to see you again soon!

We visited over the long weekend and although we were early we still suffered because of poor service which was because the restaurant was understaffed. Two waiters and the manager for 7 tables. Initial service was good. We were seated and given menus and we ordered drinks. Getting the drinks took a while and then we placed orders. There was one chicken and prawn curry, one grilled rock cod and 2 portions of prawns. Service took at least 45 minutes. When the food arrived it was very good. Prawns were a good size and tasty. Same can be said of the curry and rock cod. Pity that good food was let down by service. Prices were reasonable for both food and wine.

There is ample parking although we walked from the Wailana Lodge. The beach from that side is accessed via a small park and boarded paths. The building is a delight with hanging paraphernalia and quirky notices. Menu is not excessive but enough to suit most tastes.Service was a little slow but the end result was a really tasty steak. The chicken schnitzel also gained rave reviews. Worth a visit with the added bonus of sunset and waves.

Larry's Family Restaurant in Margate will ensure that your visit is a memorable one. We are ideally-located on Panorama Parade overlooking the popular Margate beachfront and paddling pool. It is a strikingly different and original eatery. For more than 20
I think Larryâs is now trading on their location rather than the standard of the food. I tried something a little different from the run of the mill steak, pizza or fish and settled on the chicken & prawn curry. The food arrived quickly but was tepid and the poppadom was very oily. The service was good possibly because there were few tables occupied and the name boards on the outside section were removed some time ago. The atmosphere was therefore not what it used to be. Smokers on the outside section were also a nuisance.
