This restuarant located in Jewish Quarter area in Fort Kochi is a piece of history. The restaurant is an architectural marvel, completely made up of antique furniture â including the tables, chairs, counters, pillars, door frames, etc.. The view of the sea and the setting gives a romantic feel. We ordered the prawn curry with Appam and it was delicious. Truly an amazing place

I would really like to appreciate Mr. Aneesh and the chef behind the wonderful sea food preparation. Everything was perfect except that I was not notified about some event happening on the same night, which was bit noisy and thus we missed the pool side table due to this. But it was alright.Dear Guest,Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are happy that you really liked our service and the food. Looking forward to greet you with better hospitality and service during the next visit.Warm RegardsGeorge JosephGeneral Manager

This friendly restaurant surprised us by the quality of its food.We ate principally seafood and the prawns particularly were excellent with just the right spiciness. The service was good and the costs moderate for food of this standard. In an area not swamped by good restaurants, this place is really worth a visit.

You will see lots of dishes with bread.Even good place of for a standard good meal. The dishes are really awesome. For Vegetarian you should try Baked Vegetables with English Cheddar and for non vegetarians Shepherd's Pie .Really good Platters- Mexicano spicy grilled jumbo prawans,Grilled salmon,Chicken Florentine with Marinara. The service was good and classic ambiance.Special Thanks to Mr KAUSHIK NAIK(Captain) and Mr Jaice Cherian (Asst Restaurant Manager). Good thing about this place is they got ample parking place.Overall was a good experience with family. They got lot of variety in Non Vegetarian so it might take you some time to decide what to eat.

This restaurant in panampilly nagar is in a posh location. Good ambience and was crowded when we visited. Food was delivered on the table fast. The main ingredient in a restaurant is water. Despite repeated requests, water was not served. Good food, can be managed better.

Back after more than four years and despite a new chef the food is as excellent as ever.We started with small appetizers which were in fact quite large. A big masala jumbo prawn which was very juicy. A whole soft shell crab, very crispy. And a mini dosa stuffed with crab.Quite full we enjoyed the lightness of a crab and coconut soup with some candied ginger. A must try. Then the main was an assortment of a spicy prawn curry served with Appam, a scallop moilee with Malabar parathas (served burning hot) and a wonderful local sea bass cooked in a banana leaf, perfectly served but quite spicy. As it is the season we ended this beautiful lunch with a mango trilogy. A cheese cake, a tart and a wonderful home made ice cream.Service was discreet and excellent.A good choice of wines and spirit which is a challenge in Kerala.

"The Grand Pavilion" At our multi-cuisine restaurant, dine in style on sumptuous Indian, Continental, Chinese or Ethnic fare. The restaurant is legendary for it's authentic Kerala cuisine - in particular, the pearlspot ( Karimeen ) preparations.
Had an excellent vegetarian and non vegetarian meals. The fish curry was very tasty. Very limited side dishes unlike other restaurants. However this places charges exorbitant rate for the fish fry - Rs.650/- for Karimeen and Rs.450/- for Neiymeen. Not worth. Found all people who had enquired about their famous Karimeen Pollichatthu dish shying away from ordering it. Very crowded during lunch hour. The lunch served however was very tasty. Would recommend and if you are not bothered about paying unreasonable price for a fish fry , go ahead and tryit.
