Recommended this restaurant by my hotel as being one of the best fish restaurants. The fish was superb but it was destroyed by the chef as it was swamped in garlic. The fish was beautifully fresh but it was overwhelmed by the garlic. The service was very poor too. The only time I saw a waiter was when he put food on the table. 8 could tell the fish was beautiful if it had been presented properly but everything else about this restaurant was poor. Such a shame. Would not go back.

Sampled tapas for dinner with some friends who were staying in Es Grau. Very tasty and provided by a lovely young lady who was very helpful with suggesting the right quantities for the five of us. So nice to be able to sit outside and watch the world go by.

It is a small bar, cafeteria, with 100 % homemade food. Everything is fresh, prepare with spices, hierbs. Fishes, meats, salads, tostadas. Excelente wine, very cold beer, homemade limonade, the best Mojito in Mahon.
Just had a great meal, made all the better by the service we received. We had a really open moment with the waitress, asking for help with what to choose, saying what we liked and didnât like. This turned into a beautiful meal and a wonderful experience.Thank you

We stopped at this restaurant for our last evening in Minorca. The location seemed nice as it is right by the marina in Mahon, and the service was very nice. Our table was moving a bit and they were very keen on making the movement stop. We ordered some garlic shrimps, and the tuna steak. The shrimps were completely tasteless, and the tuna had nothing special. The waiter was sorry to hear that we didn't enjoy our food but still charged us the full amount. Terrible value for money, would not recommend.

We ordered squids, sole and a mixture of prawns and snails. Fish and squids seemed fresh, however instead of fresh vegetables, there was a small amount of cooked (frozen) vegetables, which was unfortunately cold in comparison with the rest of the food. The chips were rather cooked than fried. Having a chef cook at the table (a friend), the experience was disappointing. At least, he enjoyed his sole. Squids and snails were ok.

We knew this would be an expensive meal, but it is a different experience from all the others along the harbour front. It is small and intimate inside with linen tablecloths and an air of refinement. The two ladies front of house are charming. We shared some squid and then I had grilled John Dory and my husband had Tuna. Both perfectly cooked and presented with some vegetables and thin fries. We chose a bottle of Albarino to accompany the meal. We decided to 'push the boat out' and had desserts and two glasses of dessert wine followed by coffee. Our final bill came to 129 euros. The restaurant is right beside the harbour lift.

The food was absolutely amazing! We tried the sardines and mussels as a starter, followed by paella. All of which were extremely tasty. Lastly, I had to try a dessert (whiskey cake), which was also good. In addition to a great meal, we were also treated to an amazing sunset with a great view. On top of all of that, the staff was awesome; everyone was friendly and had a smile on their faces. As such, this restaurant a must visit!

Been twice to this restaurant and first time ordered the menu had good mussels and good menorca prawns, but the the fried fish was horrible, uneatable, seems they got the fish no one wanted. Second time had the lobster was really good with fries and fried eggs
