This restaurant is an absolutely hidden gem. It is in the basement level of the Hotel Bertelli at the foot of the Pradalago Cabin. I am astonished tha there have been so few recent Tripadvisor reviews of this one star Michelin restaurant! I consider myself very fortunate to have secured a table for 6 at only three hours notice but this was a wonderful foodie and wine experience. The restaurant is really comfortable and has the ambience of an old ski chalet. The three staff who served us were warm, efficient and knowledgeable. I c ould happily have gone for the tasting menu bu the majority view was for a la carte. The menu is based on regional flavours and ingredients - and if not that which is brought in is quality. I liked the hors d'oeuvres served with your choice of four fizzes. This was the first example of the considerable care taken to match wine and food. Loved the combinations of fruit flavours with the salmon and oyster. The pate in a small case was matched by the excellence of the venison carpaccio. My risotto and pork belly was delicious but not filling and set me right up for the caramelised and braised veal cheek. I could also not resist the chocolate dessert! Others loved their lobster, Wagyu steak, beef, tuna - how does the chef manage to offer such diverse voluptuous cuisine? The wine list was slightly intimidating but we were guided through this and made shrewd choices with the sommelier and maitre d'. We turned down coffee but still were offered petit fours - amazing! You might expect that this would have been a Michelin dining experience at a major cost but I consider the 120 euros a head an absolute bargain for this outstanding gastronomic experience!I have put the Hotel Bertelli on my bucket list for a return visit to stay and indulge myself at Il Gallo Cedrone. The atmosphere was one of calm, comfort and service. My only advice would be to ensure that you are not disappointed. Book this absolute gem well in advance!

Normally I never eat where I stay. Alpensuite restaurant was an exception. I stayed in Madonna di Campiglio 9 days in Alpensuite and my first thing was to book in all Michelin one star restaurants. When I had my first dinner in Convivo I decided to cancel all my bookings and I ate dinner in Convivo and I ate also lunch in the hotel. The chef Samuele is superb and I am sure he will have one day his star from Michelin. He is from Firenze and he has magic touch everything he makes is very tasty and he could compete with any one star Michelin restaurant. This was the reason I stayed in Convivo for 9 nights. I recommend anyone going to Madonna di Campiglio to try out Convivo.

Si tratta del ristorante dell'Hotel Oberosler. L'ambiente non è male, ma le porzioni sono scarse e la preparazione dei piatti piuttosto deludente. Buono invece il buffet di antipasti e verdure, soprattutto per coloro che accedono al ristorante poco dopo l'orario di apertura, ma il riassortimento andrebbe migliorato. Ho trovato le bevande molto costose. Nel complesso non lo consiglio se non si usufruisce della mezza pensione dell'hotel Oberosler.
