This beautiful restaurant overlooks Holmes Harbor. Service was very good the night we went, so no complaint there. Husband recommended we share an entree since portions are huge, very rare in a fine dining establishment. We each ordered a salad and shared their chicken piccata as well as a dessert. Husband didn't exaggerate - portions were ginormous - two large chicken breasts and at least two inches of meringue on the lemon tart. Only the salad came in a 'fine-dining' portion. Still, the food was well prepared, and prices for food and wine were very reasonable. They serve cocktails as well. We'll definitely return again.

A seafood place coming to you from the folks at Prima Bistro. We've heard loud and clear from our customers for 11 years that you wanted a specifically seafood focused restaurant in Langley and, well, here we are! Fish and chips, clam chowder, lobster rol
Stopping in Whidbey Island? One must try out the Penn Cove Shellfish. Their slogan is Fresh from the water, not from the warehouse. The menu at Saltwater is full of Penn Cove Items. We tried the Penn Cove Manila Clams, the Penn Cove Rainier Beer Steamed Mussels (1.5 pounds), the Seafood Boil full of Penn Cove seafood and the Salad Louie's. All the menu items we tried were flavourful and tasty. Our menu items arrived hot, fresh and served with fresh hot bread. The restaurant is small, arrive early or leave your name and wander the shops while you wait for a table. Very busy on a Friday night but well worth the wait! Our server was run off her feet but personable and helpful with menu selections. Awesome!

Casual comfortable dining. Outdoor Patio with full service of food and drinks.
Outside seating in season. Family friendly. Creative, enticing food. You MUST try the Lemon Drop Prawns. You simply must. Still a great fan of Croque Madame for breakfast but Chef Linda has such a variety of breakfast dishes (as well as the other meals). It is truly difficult to determine my favorite dish from her kitchen. Pizza? Talk about pizzas and the toppings. Wickedly sinful pizza. So hot out of the oven fresh. Chiappino is to die for. Each ingredient pops with their own flavor but when presented like this? Heaven . Her seafood is a standout, anyway, but her Chiappino gets the blue ribbon. We will return again and again. See you there.
