For a Portuguese restaurant, the food was not overly authentic. Having lived in Portugal, I was disappointed with the cuisine. It was nonetheless good and the establishment has an excellent environment and decor. We ate out doors and had a pleasant view of the Neckar river.

We went here for dinner and Adnan took care of us at the bar. His drinks were excellent along with his service and attentiveness to our wishes. The sushi was fantastic with a special twist to it. Of course, being rooftop the view was fantastic. If in Heidelberg, you should not miss this!

The location of the beer garden overlooking the Neckar river with the Odenwald backdrop is great. Sitting there on a summer evening under chestnut trees could be so relaxing.Unfortunately, the service is not up to the occasion. You wonder what the actual profession of some of these brutes is. Today, I had a house salad which not only lacked the anchovies announced in the menu, according to the amount of sand, it was also unwashed. I can only join into the recommendation of another review: stick to the beer!

We had fantastic sushi (both fish and vegetarian) at this restaurant right in downtown Heidelberg. Service was attentive and appears to speak at least German, Japanese and English. Do not miss it if you are in need of a break from delicious German food.
