A snowy day was a good excuse for a tasty lunch, and we decided to try out this nicely decorated restaurant. Unfortunately the kitchen isn't up to the friendly and polite service and decorations.The Flan arrived limp and tasteless. The gnocchi, served with local cheese Blue d'Aoste, were obviously not home made, and anyway hard and tough. An average meal that does not match the price.Pity, hopefully the kitchen will improve with time.

Would not return. Was extremely disappointed with our dinner at Chaveur.. the service was a mess and we had to ask several times to get the menu an place the order.. the escargots were overcooked and the goulash awful.. it is an overpriced restaurant that does not deliver what you would expect at a 5* hotel. Go to Lo Tata or Maison Blanche Dear Gueststhank you for your review and for choosing to dine at Chaveur.I am very sorry for your negative experience and people staes can not be disputed, however allow me to say that escargot can't be over cooked as they are first boiled and then gratineted in the shell with garlic and butter.....as for the deer goulash, I have had it more then once and this is what it taste like!! I guess your choice of dishes was not the right one and not to your liking. Obviously I do apologize for the poor service you had in the Restaurant, and there is no excuse for that. As for overprice you got to mention that the menu you choose, with Escargot/Goulash and a dessert cost 47,00 â¬.........would anyone call it overpriced in a 5* Hotel????Best regards

What a wonderful restaurant - an unexpected find in La Thuile centre. The service was exceptional, very attentive and professional. He choice of food was great and the presentation was like in a Michelin starred restaurant. I would definitely return here.
