Amazing food and great service. After an amazing dinner the staff helped us get a taxi and while waiting gave us some great local digestives. They even gave us an adres on where to buy this local delicacy. This is what you expact from a good restaurant, highly recomended!! :)
You can order - depending on the catch of the day, or, to be more precise, on the night as the fishermen bring their catch at dawn and sell it to restaurateurs and fish markets - oily fish (anchovies, sardines, mackerel, tuna), "white" fish (hake, monk fish, ray, sea-bass, calamari...... etc.) accompanied by French fries or potato salad. Short waiting time. Dirt cheap.

This was probably the most "authentic" little restaurant we visited in Croatia. Delicious seafood that tasted like a home cooked meal. The only downside was the pasta from the bolognaise was overcooked however it seemed to be a general thing in Croatia where pasta is not cooked al dente. They also had some delicous homemade butter that was brought to our table and the owner brought us some fresh home made sour cream to eat with our starters which was very nice.On another positive note, visiting this restaurant on our way to Pula brought us to this magnificent little village that was in a picturesque setting. The drive down from the highway was just stunning and I would recommend this as a stopover to anyone on that route!

Perfect location on the sea , type of sea bar with bar high tables and chairs always very busy , you can eat smal fish and calamari deep fried or on the grill! prices are higher than last year bu still rather cheap. Only complaint is unusual and small toilet with a slide doorVery good Malvasia wine!
just arround the corner of the Krk bridge in a small marina bay. Completely relaxed atmosphere, simple place for excellent fresh sea food, especially squids and fried sardinas. nice, very vast stuff and reasonable prices.

I should have read pickleickles review before going to Portic. The Cevapcici and Calamari which we had the first time was nice, but the second time we felt cheated. Fish was overpriced and our side dishes also disappointing. Stick to food with fixed prices to avoid disappointment.

The food here was simply amazing. You can sit on the patio or inside, overlooking the Adriatic. The service was prompt and friendly. It may be worth eating here just to enjoy the beauty of the restaurant. The sea bream with shrimp sauce was world class! The portions are large as well. Food was excellent and we came primarily for the food, so very happy. It's just the place looks a bit dated (but the picture of Tito was removed), even the approach of the owner was as I remember it from the Yugoslavian times. But, want to say again, food was excellent, can't remember ever having such a tasty scampi!

We were impressed of the friendly people we meet here. The food was very good, we had calamari rings and pizza. Everything was tasteful. Before the order we got something to prepare our stomach, it was delicious. After we finished we received on the house some very tasteful home made drinks. The atmosphere is very cozy, we enjoyed it a lot.
