We are here several times during the week we were in Kokkari. Every meal was excellent, I can thoroughly recommend the saganaki feta with honey and the giant beans. The restaurant is right on the waterfront with beautiful views. Lovely staff, so friendly. Every now and again the waiter would rush out to the harbour with a fishing net and scoop up a netful of little fishes. I guess that was dinner sorted. One evening we spent a fantastic evening listening to a duo, two local men who sang, played guitar and keyboards. Their names were Kostas and Cristos and they were amazing. If you happen to be here and they are playing, do yourself a favour and watch them. Can thoroughly recommend this lovely restaurant.

Mythos was a fantastic find. We ended up eating here every night of our stay. The restaurant is very attractive, and the food fabulous. The service was just right, friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. The Owner, the elegant Debbie, is very helpful and a mine of information about local attractions. Samos is a beautiful island, well worth a visit, and if you go, be sure to go the Mythos.

Our restaurant "Tarsanas" which means "Boat building area", is a family run business, which started back in 1979 from grand-dad Yiannis. Maybe the oldest restaurant in Kokkari, it combines traditional Greek and Italian cuizine in a unique way, which will

Fried egg plant starter horribly over cooked. About 2/3 edible and left rest. Said to waiter ânot goodâ and he could see dark brown almost burnt aubergines, but said nothing.Found main course mixed fish cooked in an overly liberal amount of olive oil. Best thing was sunset from decking outside.

Kokkari is always windy. The location of La Casa is just behind a bend in the shore so it cuts the wind down so that it is comfortable and more cooling than cutting.Parking in Kokkari is not the easiest but they have cleared another spot across the street for additional parking now so that helps...but get there early. The LaCasa is on the waterfront so it is a short walk along the some of the shops to get there. The location is great. The restaurant is completely covered to keep the sun off, or rain.It is clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, funny and helpful. There was plenty of food for the price and it was all delicious.I think that these were the largest servings of food we experienced on Samos. We each ordered different meals and then shared so we could taste all the different foods.I would definitely recommend eating here.Hi RickHLihue,Iâm delighted you had a great experience at LaCasa. Weâre passionate about serving delicious fresh food to the people of Kokkari so itâs fantastic you enjoyed our meals so much! Thank you for leaving such a lovely review, the LaCasa team really appreciate the feedback. We always try to create a warm welcome for our customers. We hope to see you again soon!LaCasa

When Theodoros and Irini Frantzeskou initially came with the idea to form Kalamies fishtavern & gril house, they could never imagine the coming success. As they both came from the fishtavern field they knew the aspects they should concentrate on good food
If you are not from Mediterranean zone the food would look exciting but it is not very good actually. The service is poor, we have waited long time to get the food we ordered (and it was not accurrate). Sardines were burnt, calamari and meze were not tasty enough.

This tavern style restaurant is what the Greek islands are all about. A quiet, pristine cove with one main taverna serving excellent food. The restaurant also had very clean charging rooms and large showers for guest who would like to have a swim to use. The sea here was the warmest we swam in.

La Bussola does the best pizzas you will try in Samos. The owner team of Alexis and Kostas combine their love for cooking and hospitality. The restaurant team has been over for 25 years, a testament to the combination of great food quality and passion to
The restaurant offers an amazing sea view. Its a pleasure to sit next to the water for dinner. They offer oven-baked pizza which is delicious and highly recommended. The lazagna was full of souse and looked more like a stew. Overall the restaurant is good and we would give it another try next time we visit Samos.

Visited on a busy Saturday evening, all tables are outside which makes for a windy meal. Large choice on menu, waited 45 mins after ordering for our food which was mediocre compared to other restaurants. My chicken souvlaki was tasteless, just chicken skewers really. No bread offered until meal arrived and at a cost. Beer not served in chilled glasses and unlike everywhere else in Samos no complimentay dessert or shot with the bill. Restaurant lacked ambiance and not overly friendly as the staff are so busy. Better options available inside town

Good food well prepared.Pre-course in the form of âbreadâ and pesto put on table at arrival and thatâs not on the house. The âbreadâ was the kind of dry sticks you buy at the supermarket.Apart from that, which Iâm not fond of, the food is really good. Maybe the best saganaki an stifados in Kokkari?4+
